The cruise

Take to the seas with Stéphane for a day's sailing and learn the skills of a navigator. Set sail on this 12-meter sail boat and discover the coastline of the Loire-Atlantique. Your skipper offers a choice of two ports of departure: Pornichet and Le Coisic.

Your possible stops during this cruise

Join your skipper on the boat at 9 am and head out along the unspoiled coastline for a day's sailing. Return to port expected around 5 pm.

The day's training course: how to prepare the boat and adjust the sails, and a multitude of other questions such as how to optimise for better performance, map reading, weather prediction, choice of anchorage...

For those with some sailing experience the program can naturally be adapted to your needs.

Skippair suggests!

If you are leaving from Pornichet, don't leave the town without visiting the Bidule: the legendary town bar! For more information on the atmosphere in this drinking hole, see Ouest France (written in French).

In Le Croisic, take advantage of the local specialty: 'bouquet du Croisic'. If the flowery name is unfamiliar, it's the local name for prawns! And a dish for which the town is locally renown.
