After crossing Cherbourg Harbour, the second largest artificial harbour in the world, your first option is to head westward.
You will sail towards Omonville-la-Rogue, and enjoy a mooring attached to a buoy, or head towards Port Racine to enjoy a picnic with views of France's smallest port.
You are bound to be impressed by this picturesque harbour, a refuge for small pleasure boats.
Another possible option is to head east, towards the Anse du Brick or Barfleur. There, you can discover the legendary Gatteville lighthouse, said to be one of the highest in Europe!
