The cruise

Set off on a 2 to 4-day cruise on a sailing boat in Martinique, supervised by a professional skipper and diving instructor!
Discover the charm of the coast to windward, or the nearby islands of Saint Lucia or Dominica (over 4 days) departing from Robert's Bay or the Marin.

Your possible stops during this cruise

The programme of your mini-cruise will depend on your chosen duration and your preferences!

In 2 days of cruising, sail to the windward coast of Martinique:

On your arrival, the professional skipper welcomes you on board the yacht. After a few words of welcome, you sail first towards the Les îlets du Robert, islets with white shores and numerous iguanas, then the protected Le François islets. These eight islets promise you pleasant walking and are much appreciated by lovers of swimming and relaxation! A coral reef will also give you the opportunity to take out your masks and snorkels.
Then sail to the Baie du Tresor nature reserve, a beach whose perfectly calm, tranquil waters attract a multitude of fish. The story goes that at one time many pirate ships went there to protect themselves from storms. Some were sunk there, and one treasure is still there in the water at the bottom of the bay...
Finally, discover the Cul-de-sac Petite Grenade, a lake lined with mangroves, and many other hidden anchorages in this part of Martinique, still little frequented.

In 4 days of cruising, discover the neighbouring islands: Saint Lucia and Dominica:

Saint Lucia is located about 4 hours sailing from the south of Martinique (the Marin). It is an English-speaking island that offers several anchorages on the Caribbean side: Rodney Bay, a busy place on the island, Marigot Bay, a marina that seems to be from another time, with its authentic architecture, Anse Laray, a pretty little fishing village , Anse Cochon and its magnificent creek, perfect for a spot of snorkelling, or La Soufriere with its remarkable volcanoes, the 2 Pitons. Excursions by taxi are possible to visit the hot springs, La Soufriere, Castries and its local market.
The island is surrounded by a huge coral reef with many tropical fish of all colours, much to the delight of divers!

La Dominique, or Dominica is 5 to 8 hours sailing from Le Robert or Marin. It is a truly green destination with its 360 rivers.
Discover Roseau, the capital, a peaceful market town of 25,000 inhabitants, where the wooden houses are built in the colonial style. If you have a little time, go and explore the national park which has many hot springs and waterfalls.
Don't miss the anchorage of Portsmouth to the north, where you can go up La Rivière Indienne. This trip is in a small, colourful traditional boat, led by a local guide. You will discover the mangroves and the luxuriant vegetation of this extraordinary place! End the visit with a stroll and a small cocktail in an improvised bar.
But above all Dominica is a real delight for those who like to dive! A site little known to the French, this island has exceptional sea beds: coral, fish and turtles are all waiting for you!

Departures are from Robert's Bay or the Marin marina, according to the destination.
