Come and get an introduction to sailing for one day in Quiberon Bay, the playground of the greatest skippers!
Jean Claude will introduce you to the joys of sailing, and for the more knowledgeable, will teach you how to use and steer a liveable cruising yacht with a view to a long voyage.
The meeting point is in Haliguen Port, with a welcome coffee included.
While introducing you to the boat, the skipper will give you a short explanation about the principles of sailing, including nautical charts, buoyage, and some essential safety rules.
These pieces of knowledge will allow you to get the most out of your yacht trip.
You'll then leave the port and become the boat's captain!
During the day, you'll sail in Quiberon Bay, a wonderful sailing playground: a very well-sheltered sailing area due to the islands of Houat, Hoedic and Belle-Île-en-Mer which protect it from wind.
During your day with Jean Claude, you'll sail towards the island of Houat, anchor just off the island's coast to have lunch, take a few steps on land to stretch your legs before getting back on the boat and heading back towards Haliguen Port.
During your day on the yacht, you'll be able to sail yourself and take part in the manoeuvres.
Jean Claude, introduces you to sailing in a sailing boat that is fully equipped for a tour of the world. From Port Haliguen, set sail for a day in the bay of Quiberon, the go-to lake n southern Brittany!
The pleasure of sailing above all!
