Program of your Discovery Sailing from Douarnenez
This itinerary is subject to weather conditions.
From Douarnenez, 2 destinations are available:
1) To the west and Ouessant (departures in April, July and September)
Boarding on day 1 at 1pm. Weather permitting, sailing through the "Tas de Pois", gigantic rocks stretching from the tip of Pen-Hir, is an impressive experience and remains our favorite sailing challenge in the region.
When night falls and the breeze freshens, what better way to light a fire in the wood-burning stove inside the boat and sip a cup of tea or coffee.
The playground from Douarnenez lies between the northern limit of the Chenal du Four and the southern limit of the Raz de Sein. Stopovers are possible in Ouessant, the Isle of Sein, the Bay of Brest and the Bay of Camaret.
Disembarkation on the last day at 5 p.m.
2) To the south and the Glenans (May departures)
Boarding on the caique at 2pm on the first day.
Leaving Douarnenez, we'll head for the Glenan Islands. This is coastal sailing, so there's plenty to do! Our professional crew will guide you through the navigation of a traditional tall ship and the handling of boats, allowing you to explore coves and bays.
Like the Bréhat archipelago, Les Glénan is a string of islets located 10 nautical miles south of Fouesnant in Finistère. In the 15th century, the archipelago was a haven for privateers and outlaws.
Today, it's a paradise for rare flowers, birds and dolphins. Of course, the ship will call at Les Glénan weather permitting, which is usually the case. If not, the rest of the Breton coast is also full of mysteries, and the crew will be delighted to help you discover them!
Disembarkation on the last day at 4pm.

This yacht is a replica of a 1776 British customs three-masted lugger, built in 2012 in Cornwall. The living spaces are wonderfully designed, comfortable and welcoming, with 10 passenger bunks and 2 bathrooms. The crew has its own space.
