Your possible stops during this cruise

Program of your internship from Brittany to the West Indies :

STAGE 1: CROUESTY - LISBON: from 09/25/25 to 10/04/25 - 1800 EUR/person
Sailing to Lisbon from the port of Le Crouesty involves two types of navigation:
A 3-4 day ocean crossing of the Bay of Biscay towards Galicia.
Extraordinary offshore sailing with night watches, short-handed maneuvers and a magnificent arrival in the famous port of La Coruña. An arrival in the capital of Galicia, with its historic center and typically Spanish tapas bars, is always a unique moment to experience as a sailor after a "trans-Gascony".
For the second part, we'll sail south along the Galician coast. Galicia offers a multitude of well-sheltered, natural and unspoilt anchorages in magnificent surroundings. We'll then head south towards Lisbon.
Arriving in Lisbon is another highlight for any sailor, with its rich history and lively city.
Day 1: Getting to grips with the yacht, preparing and defining the route, working on safety.
Days 2-5: offshore sailing to La Coruña
Day 6: Rest, discovery, theory course
Day 7-9: coastal sailing
Day 10: Arrival in Lisbon

STAGE 2: LISBON - LANZAROTE: From 7/10/25 to 16/10/25 - 1800 EUR/person
First day of familiarization, with review of short-handed maneuvers and work on the navigator's role. Coastal sailing to the south of Portugal. Possible stopover in the port of Lagos, with its beautiful historic center.
Preparation for offshore sailing to the Canaries, with a possible stopover in Madeira and its historic port of Funchal. This multi-day sail will allow us to work on building a route according to the weather, with possible low-pressure systems further north and northeasterly trade winds carrying us towards the Canaries.
Day 1: Getting to grips with the yacht, preparing and defining the route, working on safety.
Days 2-5: offshore sailing to Madeira Island
Day 6: rest, discovery, theory course Day 7-9: offshore sailing to the Canary Islands
Day 10: Arrival on the island of Lanzarote (Marina Rubicon)

STAGE 3: Transatlantic LANZAROTE - MARTINIQUE: From 16/11/25 to 10/12/25 - 3750 EUR/person
The first day is spent getting to grips with the yacht, with technical preparation and validation of safety procedures. The second day focuses on reviewing maneuvers with a reduced crew and working on the navigator's role.
Departure from Lanzarote for a transatlantic race lasting more than 20 days, depending on weather conditions.
Study and strategy of the route according to the establishment of the trade winds.
2-person watch on deck, maneuvers, navigation points, various apprenticeships, fishing, bread-making, resting, reading...
Please allow a few extra days after December 10 to book your return flight.
