Set sail from Ao Po Marina, Phuket

Board this catamaran for a week of discovery in Thailand with Alexis. Enjoy the very mild Thai climate to explore the islands of Phang-Nga Bay. Continue the adventure to the surrounding islands some of which are deserted with lush vegetation, and beautiful white sandy beaches. You set sail with Alexis, our professional skipper and one member of crew who will also be your cook.

Your possible stops during this cruise

Departure from the Ao Po Marian, on the island of Phuket. Click here for more information about the Phuket area. You are greeted on the boat and given a tour. You'll start your trip by discovering the Bay of Phang-Nga. Day 1 - Koh Panak, island of the Bay of Phang Nga. Several caves are accessible with the tender from which you can explore inner lagoons and cirques. Day 2 - Koh Nok, an almost deserted island and then Koh Hong (Krabi) with its magnificent lagoon surrounded by cliffs and lush vegetation. We'll spend the night in Railey. The little peninsula of Krabi can only be reached by sea and is very popular with climbing enthusiasts. The clear waters and rocks make way for fine sandy beaches. Day 3 - You're on route to Koh Pu. A beautiful island, covered with lush vegetation. Peaceful. Really peaceful Then sail on for 2 hours to Koh Lanta. Day 4 - Go to the south of Lanta with its superb beaches and the zen vibe that this island gives off. Drop the anchor for the night in a little bay south of the island ready to leave early the next morning heading to Koh Rok Nok. Day 5 - Set off for Koh Rok Two little islands surrounded by crystal clear waters Day 6 - Koh Ha then Koh Phi Phi where we'll spend the night in the famous Maya Bay, (where the movie, "The Beach" was filmed). It's much less crowded at night! Day 7 - We set off for Koh Yao Yai, a peaceful and traditional island. Then return to the Ao Po Marina passing by Koh Naka.

How to get there ?

Fly to Phuket International airport, then take a local taxi or chauffeur-driven car to Ao Po Marina, (both are available at the airport). The journey will take around 30 minutes.

The cruise

a dream week on the catamaran swallow that undulates in the Andaman Sea and its grandiose and heavenly landscapes... How relaxing to be on board, rocked by the waves and the wind!... In addition we had the chance to see a huge school of dolphins in addition to monkeys, sharks and other multicolored fish like in an aquarium.

Alexis knows how to make you discover sailing and the landscape with tact and passion, the cuisine on board with the second Charlie is delicious, Alexis is a passionate person who lives most of the time on a boat and accompanies and guides you throughout the trip.

A wonderful stay, with the discovery of a multitude of islands. Very good atmosphere on board, delicious Thai cuisine, sometimes a little spicy... To do again

Best memories

A miraculous fishing in the morning just after leaving, a royal mackerel, then a few minutes later a bonito followed by 2 other mackerel...... all finished cut into small cubes, sprinkled with a lime juice, and a few drops of olive oil and coriander... a delight.
