Discover the Scilly Islands by sailboat on an extraordinary cruise. A corner of paradise with turquoise waters and white sand. This sumptuous archipelago enjoys a particularly mild climate. We'll start with a few Breton ports of call, before the "big crossing" of the English Channel, during which you may be in the driver's seat for night sailing, depending on your level. We'll arrive in St Marys, the largest of the islands. And in the early hours of the morning, you may be escorted by petrels, seals or dolphins.
Exceptional information: from August 19 to 26, 2023, the cruise will be in 7 days, the Scilly Islands will be accessible depending on the weather, if the weather is not favorable, you will benefit from a secondary program "tour de bretagne".
Your possible stops during this cruise
The itinerary is subject to change according to your wishes and weather conditions.
Day 1: Concarneau, Loctudy or Le Guilvinec
After boarding and a cup of coffee, set sail for 4 to 6 hours to discover the southern coast of Brittany, stopping off at one of the lovely ports of Concarneau, Loctudy or Le Guilvinec. Meals and overnight on board.
Day 2: Heading for Finistère
Set sail for Audierne or Douarnenez and sail 4 to 8 hours to Finistere, and moor in Audierne or Douarnenez, charming Finistère ports with all the charm you need!
Day 3: The end of the world or North Brittany
Depending on the weather and your mood, you can choose your destination: Camaret, Ouessant or L'Aber Wrac'h. Do you want to go to the end of the world? Or would you prefer to take a break in Camaret?
It's up to you! Expect to sail between 6 and 8 hours.
Day 4: Route to Scilly (night sailing, 20 to 30 hours), the start of the long crossing.
You can take part in the navigation, and your skipper will offer you the chance to take the helm, depending on your experience and wishes.
Day 5: St Marys
St Mary's is the largest and most densely populated island in the Scilly archipelago, where you can explore the largest island in the archipelago. You can take a day trip to discover its center and local life.
Day 6: Tresco
Return to the boat for a 2-hour sail to the island closest to St Mary's, Tresco, a small island surrounded by turquoise-blue water and wilderness. Be sure to visit its impressive tropical gardens! There's something for everyone.
Day 7 and 8: Visit 2 other Isles of Scilly, of your choice
Visit 2 other Isles of Scilly as you wish: St Martin's and its magnificent beaches, St Agnes facing the Cornish rocks or Bryher, a tiny, bare island, to name just 3. The skipper can suggest others!
Day 9: Return to France
Plan to sail overnight for 24 to 36 hours, taking the time to listen to the sea and the lapping of its waves.
Day 11: Final ports of call: Glénan, Loctudy or Concarneau.
On your return, take advantage of the proximity of the islands to make a few detours between land and sea.
Day 12: Return to Lorient (night sailing)
Plan on 4 to 5 hours of sailing, during which you'll be back at the helm for a return trip with unforgettable memories.

From the port of Lorient, depending on weather conditions, Jean will take you to the isles of Belle-Ile, Ouessant, Glénan Islands and Ile de Sein!
