Your possible stops during this cruise
This itinerary is subject to weather conditions and is therefore subject to change. DAY 1: Embarkation in the morning at Eden Island marina, depending on your flight schedule. Once you've met your skipper and unloaded your bags, you'll join him on the catamaran's deck. Fred will explain the rules of life and safety on board. You'll sail for two hours to Therese Island, northwest of Mahé. This island is a gentle mix of palm trees and granite, but you'll find some of the most beautiful and unspoilt beaches around. If you'd like to venture onto the island, you'll discover a staircase leading to its summit, carved centuries ago. At the end of the day, you'll set course for Desroches, an island 200km away. You'll sail all night to reach this jewel of the Indian Ocean. DAYS 2 and 3: In the late morning, you'll discover the island of Desroches. This island, 6.2 km long, is covered in coconut palms, with just one luxury hotel. Calm and serenity reign on this little blue paradise, accessible via its 15 km of fine sandy beaches. You can take advantage of your stay on Desroches Island to do two scuba dives in the caves or on the coral reef. This island is considered one of the best scuba diving sites in the Indian Ocean. You'll discover sharks, sea turtles and manta rays. The following day, you can take advantage of this island to explore the surrounding area by kayak. DAYS 4 and 5: After breakfast, head for Poivre! After a two-hour sail, you'll discover this islet which, together with the southern islands, forms an atoll-like archipelago. It's an ideal spot for scuba diving to discover the local fauna. Between December and February, you'll be lucky enough to see sea turtles coming up the beach to lay their eggs. If you'd like to head back to land, there are many trails through the coconut groves, ideal for a breath of fresh air. DAYS 6, 7 and 8: Head north for St Joseph Atoll, formed by the islands of Arros and St Joseph. It is often referred to as the "coral atoll par excellence". It's an idyllic spot for scuba diving and hammerhead shark encounters. You can also take advantage of this stopover to relax on the fine sandy beaches.
During these three days, you'll also discover Arros Island. The site has been classified by the government as a national park incorporating a marine protected area. Here, you can kayak around the island, discovering some of the world's most spectacular marine life. Finally, discover the mangrove swamps, often described as impenetrable forests, where you can glide through them in your kayak. Numerous bird species lurk here, and it's up to you to learn more about them. DAYS 9 and 10: After a hearty breakfast, set course for the African Bank and 6 hours of sailing, you'll discover this caye. Don't forget to keep your eyes peeled for windward dolphins, tuna and swordfish. You'll enjoy an islet all to yourself, disconnected and isolated, the perfect time to relax. At the end of the day, you'll set sail again for the island of Sainte Anne. DAYS 11 and 12: After a night at sea, you'll discover the Saint Anne Marine Park. This park is made up of 6 large islands: Ile Moyenne, Ile Ronde, Long Island, Ile Cerf, Ile Caché and, of course, Sainte Anne. The islands are protected, and certain areas are not accessible by boat without permission. Once a place where turtles were hunted and the coral reef used to build houses, it has now become a natural marine park to protect the various species. Today, thanks to these government measures, you can enjoy a snorkeling trip to discover the local flora and fauna and lose yourself in the corals. DAY 13: After breakfast, kayak around the Sainte Anne Marine Park. At the end of the day, you'll take the cape back to Mahé. DAY 14: Disembarking at Eden Island marina, it's already the end of two incredible weeks in the Amirantes Islands.

The Seychelles are an archipelago, so the easiest way to get there from Europe is by plane. The Seychelles international airport is located in Victoria, on the main island of Mahé.
