From Madirokely on the island of Nosy Be, several routes are possible
Depending on your desires and weather conditions, you can leave either to the north and the Mitsio islands or to the south and the Radama islands. Here are some examples of itineraries

Itinerary Mitsio
Day 1: Welcome on the boat and navigation towards a first stop on Nosy Komba. Visit of the village of Ampangorina, very animated and commercial. A lemur park is also to be visited!
Day 2: Head for Nosy Faly, a small island, to spend the night at anchor
Day 3: Sailing to Nosy Mitsio where you will spend the night. Here the water is between 25°C and 30°C. You will see manta rays, turtles and harmless whales.
Day 4: You will reach Nosy Lava, night at anchor. This small paradise with palm trees and white sand also includes the ruins of a former prison, built by the French, where Malagasy independence rebels were locked up.
Day 5: Back to Nosy Be passing by Nosy Sakatia, Nosy Be's little sister, and a magnificent little island to discover by walking through its superb fauna and flora!
Day 6: After spending the night there, departure to visit the natural reserve of Nosy Tanikely, a lagoon of a rare beauty!
Day 7: Return to the port of embarkation.

Itinerary Radama
Day 1: Welcome on the boat and navigation to a first stop on Nosy Komba. Visit of the village of Ampangorina, very animated and commercial. A lemur park is also to be visited!
Day 2: Sailing to the Russians' bay to spend the night. But what did the Russians do here? It is about the vestiges of the Russian-Japanese war where the Russians settled on this superb bay of Ambavatori. It is also a magnificent site with many white sand beaches.
Day 3: Direction Nosy Iranja, visit of a fishermen village. You can also climb on a lighthouse for a beautiful panoramic view! Night in Baramamay
Day 4: Sailing to Nosy Vanilhia. On the way, you may observe whales, dolphins, manta rays, turtles or basking sharks. Anchor for the night at Nosy Saba
Day 5: Heading to Antanymora, and depending on the weather, night at anchor or continuation to Nosy Kalakajoro, the highest of the Radama islands, which has a beautiful coral reef.
Day 6: Return to the Russian Bay to spend a night before continuing to Nosy Tanikely to visit the nature reserve, a lagoon of rare beauty!
Day 7: Back to the port of embarkation.
