Your cruise

Set sail from Cherbourg Chantereyne

Set sail for 2-4 days and discover the treasures of the Channel Islands. The two day trip may include Alderney, the beautiful, rugged island at the north of the Channel Islands; Saint-Vaast-la-Hougue; or Tatihou island (the destination will depend on the tides). For cruises lasting a minimum of 3 days, you'll have the opportunity to sail further south and explore the islands of Sark and Guernsey!

Your possible stops during this cruise

Leaving from Cherbourg, you will have 2, 3 or 4 days to explore, navigate and relax. Take a look at the calendar to see our next departures. The following is a brief overview of the possible ports of call during this mini-cruise: - Alderney, the untamed one: the most isolated of all the Channel Islands. It is a paradise for nature lovers due to its stunning landscapes and abundance of flora and fauna. - Guernsey, the trendy one: this small, ideally-located island is the perfect spot for a cliff-top hike along trails bordered by wild flowers. They offer magnificent views of coves inaccessible on foot. You can also visit the Victorian town of St Peter Port, Europe's most beautiful port capital, with its narrow lanes, museums, pubs and distinctive local shops. Explore the house of Victor Hugo, who lived here for 15 years. Share in and relive his passion! He described the island as being "a rock of hospitality and freedom, an old parcel of Norman land fallen into the sea and gathered in by the English". - Finally Herm and Sark, small islands with unforgettable places to moor. Leave the pressures of the modern world behind you.

The cruise

3-day cruise under the sun: with first night departure to Alderney and a rough sea, 2nd night departure to Guernsey and a rough sea, 3rd day departure to Cherbourg with a rough sea.

The skipper

We had a great time with Gérard who has perfect control of the sea and his boat. With complete confidence, we were able to make progress in preparing the route and handling the boat. We also ate and slept very well and made some great stops.

The cruise

Our cruise in Normandy with Gérard was magnificent. As we already had some experience, we were able to increase our knowledge thanks to Gerard's good pedagogy. We would immediately go on a trip with our skipper, the crew was also very friendly and we really had three excellent days. For the next cruise we will add one or more days to have a little more time to visit and enjoy charming places...

The skipper

Gérard is a very professional and calm skipper. It seems that he does not lose control in any situation. We appreciated the warm simplicity, from team living on board to the meals to which Gerard paid as much natural and tasteful attention.

The cruise

Great cruise to Alderney and Guernsey. The weather was more than enough. Too bad the stopover at St Peter's was short lived. But the trip to Alderney was an excellent opportunity to discover this small, wild and charming island, perfect for a cruise with 6 people on board.

The skipper

Skipper at the top of safety and who has an excellent knowledge of the region
