Sample itinerary for a 7-day catamaran course departing from Saint-Raphaël

Day 1: Boarding in Saint-Raphaël and heading for the Gulf of Saint-Tropez
The adventure begins in Saint-Raphaël, with boarding in the early afternoon. After a navigation and safety briefing, the catamaran sets sail for the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. Depending on the weather, the first port of call is either Port-Cros or a wild cove near Cap Taillat. The crew enjoys a first swim and an aperitif at sunset, before a peaceful night at anchor.
Day 2: Sailing to Ile des Embiez
After breakfast overlooking the sea, the catamaran sets sail for the island of Les Embiez, a veritable haven of peace. With a stroll around the island, a visit to the lagoon and a swim in the crystal-clear waters, this is a relaxing stopover. Those wishing to do so can take an introductory course in sailing or sailing maneuvers before a peaceful evening under the stars.
Day 3: Head for the calanques of Cassis
Head for the famous calanques of Cassis and Port-Miou, where limestone cliffs plunge into an intense blue sea. Depending on weather conditions, sail between the Sormiou and En-Vau creeks for a day of exploration and swimming. The evening anchorage is near Cassis, offering a breathtaking view of this picturesque fishing port.
Day 4: Anchorage at Anse de l'Arène - Cassis Bay / Withdrawal to Port de Bandol
For this fourth day at sea, we head for Anse de l'Arène, a little gem nestled in Cassis Bay. This wild anchorage, bordered by limestone cliffs and pine forests, offers an idyllic setting for a swim in crystal-clear waters. In the event of unfavorable weather conditions, the Port de Bandol is an excellent alternative. Its warm welcome and modern infrastructure make for a comfortable stopover, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby to enjoy a pleasant evening by the sea.
Day 5: Porquerolles Getaway - Learning and Escape
Today, we head for Porquerolles, a true paradise of turquoise waters and wild coves. This stopover is the perfect opportunity to combine navigation training with the discovery of an exceptional site. at the helm, this crossing enables you to refine your maneuvers, better understand how to read charts and practice sail adjustments according to weather conditions. It's a key moment in the course, when everyone gains in autonomy while enjoying the pleasure of sailing. Once ashore, it's time to explore! The island offers idyllic paths and beaches like Notre-Dame. An ideal setting for a well-deserved break before setting sail again.
Day 6: Anchorage in Pampelonne - Sailing and relaxing in the Bay of Saint-Tropez
For this sixth day, we head for the famous Pampelonne beach, an emblematic anchorage with crystal-clear waters, just a stone's throw from Saint-Tropez. This stopover is the perfect opportunity to put into practice what you've learned during the course: anchoring in complete safety, managing maneuvers in a busy area and adapting to local conditions.
Day 7: Return to Saint-Raphaël around 19:30
