Your cruise

Set sail from La Trinité sur Mer Port

Leave your daily life for a cruise à la carte according to your wishes for a weekend or more. Your professional skipper, Marc, will take you on board his sailboat to the islands of South Brittany for an exceptional excursion. You can enjoy a cruise of 2 to 5 days from La Trinité-sur-Mer to the islands.

Your possible stops during this cruise

Departure from the port of La Trinité-sur-mer near Carnac in Morbihan.

Once on the sailboat heading towards the islands of South Brittany, you can sail along the Quiberon peninsula and enjoy these superb panoramas between sand and greenery. Destination the island of Houat, you can then set foot on the ground to tour this island with its wild character.
There are several options: let yourself be tempted by a seafood tasting, discover the island's trails for a stroll or rest on the fine sandy beaches in the east of the island.

After this idleness break, departure for her little sister, the island of Hoëdic. You can then discover a landscape of dunes covered with hundreds of floral species in spring that turn golden in autumn.

Then head for Belle-Ile-en-Mer for a stopover at the port of Le Palais in the heart of the largest island of Brittany. You can head towards the lighthouse of Les Poulains, a remarkable place that combines land and sea, or walk along the coastal paths to reach the needles of Port Coton. These serrated rocks that plunge into turquoise water are of fascinating beauty. This island, which is alive all year round, links solidarity and intimacy.

Back to the sea where you can go back to Lorient with the destination of Groix Island. You can dock at Port Tudy, a small port with Breton charm, a vital link that links the island to the mainland. The ascent to the village offers a beautiful panorama of its beautiful shipowners' houses with facades embellished by Italian craftsmen. For hiking enthusiasts, three circuits are available: the Pen Men tour, the Pointe des Chats tour and the Trou de l'Enfer tour.

If you want to go back up to Finistère again, you can head towards the Glénan archipelago and discover seven islets bordered by a sea with transparent waters and white sandy beaches.

If you want to go back down to Morbihan it is also possible you can then head towards the Gulf of Morbihan and discover the Ile aux Moines or the Ile d'Arz.
This cruise offers so many amazing destinations that you can't get enough of.

Throughout this cruise you will participate in navigation and life on board. The cruise will then end with a return to the port of La Trinité-sur-Mer.
Beginners in sailing are welcome and it is not necessary to be very sporty, however, it is necessary to be in good health to share this cruise.

The cruise

A week spent with Marc's family, and I'm already looking forward to going back 😅 First of all, and in my opinion this is the most important thing, Marc is ultra-competent, committed to safety, knows the conditions, the area and his boat like the back of his hand, and has a deep love of sailing and his profession; this meant we could always sail with the wind, take shelter if necessary, choose a quiet spot to spend the night, and sail without ever turning on the engine (except for departure and arrival maneuvers, sailing with dolphins, visiting the islands...) We learned how to read a chart, markers, priorities, cras rules, etc. He is keen to pass on his passion and help us progress. As the days went by, he enjoyed watching us gain in independence. I can't think of any negative points, the boat is ultra-high-performance, while still leaving room for comfort. I'd be delighted to sail with Marc again, and I'll see you soon, Jean-Baptiste

The skipper

Marc is also a much-appreciated vacation companion, sharing superb moments during sailing, aperitifs, meals, washing up, etc., but he also knows how to keep a low profile and give us free time to spend with our family.

The cruise

We had a superb experience! Our cruise allowed us to discover the island of Houat (heavenly scenery) and Belle-Île-en-Mer. We had the wonderful surprise of being accompanied by a school of dolphins - magical!

The skipper

Marc introduced us to navigation and passed on his knowledge of sailing. He's a great teacher and doesn't hesitate to let us take part in the maneuvers. I highly recommend him!

The cruise

We had an excellent weekend on Marc's boat. We were 2 couples sailing with Marc. The boat is large and comfortable with all the necessary equipment. Departing from La Trinité, we sailed to the islands of Houat and Hoëdic and slept in the port of Quiberon. As requested, Marc introduced us to navigation techniques. As a bonus, we were able to take advantage of the regatta mainsail, which made the boat very responsive from the very first puff of wind. We're ready to do it again, and highly recommend it.

The skipper

The process went smoothly, and there were no unpleasant surprises when it came to preparing for the trip.

The cruise

We spent 3 days on a very pleasant cruise with Marc, as a family with our three children.

We were able to learn a lot from Marc about sailing, as we already had some experience. Life on board was simple and friendly. To be done again!

The cruise

We went with our 3 teenagers from the 1st to the 4th of August. We did not know this part of Brittany and this cruise on a safe and comfortable boat is a good way to visit the Gulf of Morbihan, Houat, Belle Ile and Hoedic.

The skipper

We were well received by Marc. He was very professional and knew how to adapt our course to the unfavourable weather conditions. He was able to pass on some of his knowledge and his passion for sailing. A new stay will be necessary to continue our learning

The cruise

A fabulous first cruise for us in the islands of Southern Brittany. We were able to discover the joys of sailing and navigation, visit the beautiful island of Houat and sleep in the Gulf of Morbihan to the delight of the whole family. Marc knew how to make us discover and share his passion in all simplicity but with a lot of professionalism. We recommend this timeless experience to everyone and are already looking forward to the next excursion!

The skipper

Marc is a very kind navigator, very educational with adults and children. A big thank you for having been able to put each of us in confidence and to have let us sail. A special mention for his kindness and for the simplicity with which he agreed to take our disabled daughter on this superb family escapade.

The cruise

as a couple with 2 children, 7 and 9 years old, we discovered a unique and magnificent place, the island of Houat and the island of Hoedic. The boat was comfortable and efficient even in light weather.

The skipper

Marc welcomed us and we immediately felt at home on the boat. Very professional and nice, discreet and available, he answered all my questions about navigation and gave me all kinds of tips a real private teacher! In short we recommend and we will return! We recommend it and we'll be back!

The cruise

Marc has a comfortable, fast and perfectly maintained boat, ideal for the splendid sailing area at the start in La Trinité-sur-Mer. He has adapted the programme to meet our wishes, with a smile. No doubt we'll be back!

The skipper

Marc is obviously passionate, and eager to make us discover his sailing area so that we can fall in love with the islands, while keeping a little bit of a regatta side that makes us want to make his First 40.7 work at its best. It's a success !

The cruise

The departure from the port of La Trinité allows multiple possibilities, and the islands visited (Belle-Ile, Houat, Hoedic) are superb. The boat is comfortable and well equipped for 5 to 6 people without any problem.

The skipper

Marc is attentive, he is present but lets the guests express themselves on their choices and takes them into consideration. He explains how his boat works for beginners.
