Set sail from Port Vauban Camaret

Brigitte is waiting for you on board her old rigging to take you on a day at sea in the bay of Best. Brittany is a land of sailors and your skipper will be happy to share his heritage with you!
With family or friends, go on a day cruise from Camaret.

Your possible stops during this cruise

You have an appointment with Brigitte at 10am at the Port Vauban in Camaret (at the foot of the Vauban Tower). She will welcome you aboard her old rig and then it will be time to set sail and start this day of sailing.

Depending on the tides, you will set course for the roadstead of Brest or the heaps of peas and the tip of Penhir
You will be able to admire a panorama going from the Pointe du Raz to the Pointe Saint Mathieu and if you are lucky and the sky is clear, you will be able to see the islands of Sein, Ouessant and Molène. A unique sailing experience.

Lunch is served on board. You have the possibility to bring a picnic or to opt for the meal option (12€) to taste the local specialties: cider, fish rillettes, melon, bread and Breton far

You will then take the way back. You can also go through the Bertheaume cove. You will be back in Camaret around 5 pm.

Built in in 1957 according to the plans of the lobster fishers an designed for comfort, this oak boat has a cabin. It's a robust vessel and very easy to manoevre when sailing, managable for all, able to embark with up to 12 people for one day (8 adults). NB : No fridge on board.
