The day trip allows three different types of sailing: Belle-île, Houat or Hoëdic tour. Boarding takes place at the port of Palais at 9:00 am. Each program includes a lunch stopover. The crew must plan their lunch: The Belle-Île tour is the most navigational program, with navigation along the coast taking place on a protected body of water while the wild coast allows us to encounter more offshore sailing conditions. The knowledge of the environment allows us to approach as close as possible to the coast during the most remarkable passages: the Pointe des Poulains and its steep cliffs, the small cove of Goulphar after the needles of Port Cotton, the Pointe du Skeul... The southern stopover is generally located on the beach of Herlin, one of the prettiest beaches of Belle-île with its emerald water, for a duration of about 1h30. -Houat: the island of Houat is a privileged destination from Palais, and the sailing time to reach it varies between 1.5 and 2.5 hours depending on the wind direction. This stretch of sea, also known as the "Coureau" of Belle-île, is protected from the western swell, making it a sheltered body of water. Houat extends over 5 km with a maximum width of 800 metres. It has two large beaches and a myriad of small coves. The population is composed of about 300 inhabitants and gathered in the village of St Gildas located in the south east of the island, where we drop anchor either on one of the beaches or at the fishing port depending on the wishes of the crew and the weather. After the break (about 3 hours), we can usually make the tour through Quiberon Bay before returning to Palais - Hoëdic: It is an island near Houat, populated by about a hundred inhabitants, a little further from Belle-île than Houat, the stopover time is shorter (about 2H00), the schedule of this destination is subject to favourable weather and tides
