Sail on a traditional sailing ship classified as a historical monument and take part in a maritime adventure: the delivery of the sailing ship from Norway to France (in 4 stages lasting 11 to 14 days).

sTAGE 1: FROM NORWAY TO SCOTLAND - FROM BODØ TO INVERNESS
Day 1: Embarkation in Bodø, Norway
Passengers are welcomed from 6pm. After settling in on board, we'll introduce you to the yacht and give you a short safety briefing. Dinner and overnight in port for departure the following day.
Bodø harbor is easy to reach by bus or cab from the airport (approx. 20min). The exact location of the yacht will be communicated to you a few hours before your arrival.

Days 2 to 13: From the Norwegian Sea to the North Sea
The first few days, you'll sail along the Norwegian coast, under the protection of the fjords. You'll sail from north of the Arctic Circle back to southern Norway. Possible stopover in Kristiansund, Norway.

Once we've reached southern Norway, we'll sail into the North Sea, heading for the magnificent Shetland Islands in Scotland, then the small Fair Isle and finally the Orkney archipelago, before reaching Inverness on the east coast of Scotland, gateway to the Highlands. Last night in Inverness harbor.

Day 14: Disembarkation in Inverness, Scotland
Disembark at Inverness harbor in the morning, after a final breakfast on board. Early-morning disembarkation possible if you have an early-morning flight or train. Easy access to train station and airport by bus or cab from the Port of Inverness.

What level is required?
There are no sailing prerequisites, but it's always best not to be too prone to seasickness. a minimum age of 6 is required, and all children must be accompanied by a parent.

What are the sailing procedures like?
During the sailings, you will have the opportunity to take part in the maneuvers and driving of the yacht, supervised by our crew.

Sailboat built in 1948 with a rich history, saved from abandonment in the 80's and now classified as a historical monument.
This traditional French sailing boat can accommodate up to 27 passengers during the day and 12 passengers during a cruise, with a crew composed of a captain and 3 to 4 sailors including a cook. At your disposal: - 3 quadruple cabins with bunk beds (12 passengers) - 1 bathroom and 2 toilets

How to get there ?

Bodø, Norway
- By plane: several Saturday flights from France to Bodø with 1 or 2 stopovers. Allow 8h to 10h travel time. Bodø airport 20 minutes from the port by bus or cab.
- By train/bus: Allow 2-3 days for this trip, which will take you through much of Northern Europe. You'll be rewarded with a trip through the magnificent inland landscapes of Sweden and Norway.
