sTAGE N°3: CONVOYAGE - THE WHISKY ROUTE - SCOTLAND TO IRELAND
Sail Loch Ness through Scotland via the Caledonian Canal, visit the islands of Jura and Islay with their famous whisky distilleries, and finally cross the North Channel to Ireland's Giant's Causeway.
Experience deep-sea sailing, assist the crew in watchkeeping and life on board, and discover wild, enchanting landscapes.

sTAGE 3: CONVOY - THE WHISKY ROUTE - SCOTLAND TO IRELAND
Day 1: Embarkation in Inverness, Scotland
Passengers are welcomed from 6pm. After settling in on board, we'll introduce you to the yacht and give you a short safety briefing. Dinner and overnight in port for departure the following day.
Inverness harbor is easily accessible by bus or cab from the train station or airport. The exact location of the yacht will be communicated to you a few hours before your arrival.
Days 2 to 11: from the Caledonian Canal to the North Channel
For the first few days, lock after lock, you'll cross Scotland from east to west via the Caledonian Canal. Sail the lochs of the Highlands, including the most famous of them all, Loch Ness. Who knows, maybe you'll catch a glimpse of Nessie!
Once we've passed the last lock at Fort William, we'll sail back out to sea towards the islands of the Inner Hebrides. Scheduled ports of call are Jura and Islay. Here, you'll be able to hike through magnificent landscapes and visit local distilleries. Islay alone has 9 distilleries for a population of just 3,000, including some of the most famous, such as Laphroaig, Lagavulin, Ardbeg, Bunnahabhain...
Finally, we cross the North Channel into Ireland, with a final stop at the Giant's Causeway before reaching Belfast. Last night in Belfast harbor. Day 12: Disembarkation in Belfast, Northern Ireland

What level is required?
There are no sailing prerequisites, but it's always best not to be too prone to seasickness. a minimum age of 6 is required, and all children must be accompanied by a parent.
What are the sailing procedures like?
During the sailings, you will have the opportunity to take part in the maneuvers and driving of the yacht, supervised by our crew.

This traditional French sailing boat can accommodate up to 27 passengers during the day and 12 passengers during a cruise, with a crew composed of a captain and 3 to 4 sailors including a cook. At your disposal: - 3 quadruple cabins with bunk beds (12 passengers) - 1 bathroom and 2 toilets
