Your cruise
Embark on a week of training and sailing along the Mediterranean coast, between Cap Sicié, Porquerolles, Cavalaire, Saint-Tropez and the Lérins Islands.
This intensive course will enable you to deepen your knowledge of sailing, safety and crew management, while discovering exceptional anchorages. Alternating theory and practice, you'll learn how to maneuver safely, fine-tune your settings, use navigation tools and organize a long crossing with night watches. From the moment you embark, you'll be immersed in the management of a sailboat, from studying the weather to drawing up sailing routes. You'll perfect your harbor and safety maneuvers, carry out man-overboard exercises and face simulated damage to gain greater autonomy.
One of the highlights of the week will be a minimum 24-hour navigation, introducing you to long crossings and the organization of life on board in real-life conditions. Each port of call will be an opportunity to debrief, learn new skills and master the boat better.
The course ends with a return to port, an individual assessment and the handing over of certification booklets. A complete, immersive experience to help you sail with confidence and refine your expertise at sea.

This itinerary is given as an example and can be adjusted according to your wishes and weather conditions.
Saturday - Bandol -> Cap Sicié
The day begins with boarding and provisioning at the departure port, followed by a presentation of the trainees and the boat. A safety briefing will be given, including weather study and route planning. Sailing begins towards Cap Sicié, with a review of points of sail and sail trim principles, as well as the safe use of equipment. At the end of the day, we anchor at Cap Sicié, followed by a debriefing.
Sunday - Porquerolles
After a briefing on safety maneuvers and emergency procedures, trainees will focus on the role of the skipper and man-overboard (MOB) exercises under sail. Sailing then resumes towards Porquerolles, with simulated damage, reefing, communication and logbook keeping. Once there, we'll anchor in Porquerolles, followed by a debriefing of the day.
Monday - Cavalaire
This day will be dedicated to harbor maneuvers, with a detailed briefing before practicing harbor entries and exits. Sailing then continues towards Cavalaire, with an in-depth introduction to digital and paper cartography, the use of on-board instruments, and fine-tuning to optimize windward and leeward gains. At the end of the day, we anchor in Cavalaire, followed by a debriefing.
Tuesday - Saint-Tropez
A briefing on route planning and weather study will precede preparation for a longer sail. Trainees will work on route planning, identification of possible shelters, organization of night watches, as well as meal preparation and a safety briefing for night sailing. At the end of the day, we'll set sail for Saint-Tropez, where we'll anchor on arrival.
Wednesday - Îles de Lérins
The long sail ends at around 4pm. After this immersive experience, we'll anchor at the Îles de Lérins, where we'll debrief on what we've learned from this extended navigation.
Thursday - Bay of Cannes
The day begins with a briefing on the usual checks, basic seamanship, the marine environment and regulations. Exercises in port and safety maneuvers (MOB, anchoring under sail, approaching a port under sail) will be carried out. Free sailing will allow trainees to put into practice what they've learned, before a final anchorage and evening debriefing in the Bay of Cannes.
Friday - Return to Bandol
The course ends with a general debriefing, followed by a sail back to the starting port. An individual debriefing and handover of certification booklets will take place on board before arrival in port. Once docked, the boat will be tidied up before disembarking, scheduled for 4pm.
