Your cruise

Set sail from Arradon

For a weekend or longer, take a tour to discover the Gulf of Morbihan.
This area is perfect for beginners: there are few waves as the gulf is almost entirely closed off and scattered with small islands. For those of you taking part, Jean-Philippe can explain to you how to master the tides. He knows them like the back of his hand and can even sail through the night.
In one week, you'll also discover all the islands in southern Brittany: Houat, Hoedic and Belle-Ile! To book the length of stay that best suits you, enter your dates in the calendar and the price will appear automatically.

Your possible stops during this cruise

Weekend programme:

After leaving the pretty Arradon headland, you'll head along the Auray river before coming back around to the Ile d'Arz. This island is the second largest in the gulf.
Once on land, you can stroll through the quiet village streets. Time seems to have stood still. There aren't many car here. Look out for the one and only taxi that is operating. Everyone knows when it's coming and so will you when you hear it being greeted on arrival. You will find several restaurants in the main street, all with a friendly atmosphere which is typical of the island. Don't miss out on opening the "Triskel" doors on a hot day as you'll really appreciate the shady courtyard garden. A night at anchor by the Ile d'Arz.

The next day you'll have some time to yourself to take a long walk around the island, discover the pretty buildings and blue-shuttered fishermen's houses. You'll love the wonderful views of unspoilt nature over the Gulf. Then, when you're ready, you can come back to the boat and sail to the Ile aux Moines before returning to Arradon.

Week programme: After exploring Morbihan and its islands, you'll leave via the exit corridor and head for the islands in the Bay of Quiberon! Discover the hills of Belle-Ile, original Hoedic and exotic Houat.
In 7 days, the skipper can take you up to les Glénan and the Ile de Sein.

The cruise

We spent a very pleasant family week with Jean-Philippe, cruising around southern Brittany. His boat is comfortable and very well equipped.

The skipper

Jean-Philippe shares his extensive sailing experience and local knowledge with us. With him, we were able to carry out the trip we had planned.

Best memories

Thank you Jean-Philippe for organizing a show with dozens of dolphins and hundreds of birds in the early morning calm: a magical moment (except for the shoal of fish passing by)

The cruise

Excellent week with a very nice program, adapted to the crew (us the parents, our two sons and the dog). We particularly appreciated the anchorage at Le Glénan and Groix. Change of scenery guaranteed. The boat is well equipped and the dinghy allowed us to have superb anchorages and at the same time enjoy the coasts.

The skipper

Jean Philippe is a very friendly, patient, competent skipper who does his utmost to guarantee a pleasant, varied and adapted sailing holiday. We thank him very much and keep beautiful images in mind a few weeks after the trip.

The cruise

Jean-Philippe, our skipper, first agreed to pick us up in Port Haliguen (Quiberon). We spent 4 days on his boat, with his family (2 adults and 2 children aged 13 and 10). Day 1: Quiberon => Groix, discovery of the sailboat. Jean-Philippe is a very educationalist and has explained to us how his sailboat works, which is also extremely well equipped. Day 2: Groix => the Glénans, we wanted to "see" everything the Glénans had to offer. Jean-Philippe has perfectly adapted to our wishes and above all has taken into account the presence of our children. He has therefore done everything possible to ensure that we arrive in Glénan relatively early so that our daughters can enjoy the sea (turquoise colour) and the beach. Day 3: Les Glénan, Jean-Philippe has given us the benefit of his perfect knowledge of the area to offer us different anchorages in Glénan. Finally, we tested (on the skipper's proposal) a night navigation. Departure from Les Glénan around 8:30 pm, direction Bell-Ile (with an arrival around 4 am!). An unforgettable moment for the whole family!

The skipper

In short: Jean-Philippe is a professional and passionate skipper who knows how to pass on his passion to his customers. He knew how to step aside to leave us some time with our family both on the boat and on land. The sailboat is well equipped, you feel safe there. Jean-Philippe even made us take advantage of his paddle for sea trips in Les Glénan, where we spent a unique moment that will remain engraved in our heads for a long time.

Best memories

Sailing at night is an intense experience that we were not afraid to undertake thanks to the confidence we had in our skipper and his sailboat! We had the joy of travelling with dolphins: a real magical moment! thank you Jean-Philippe and good luck!
