This time, the aim is to reach the famous and mythical Cape Horn and the glaciers of the Cordillera de Darwin. A sailing expedition in the wilderness that will delight adventure lovers!

Experience an adventure on the other side of the world on your Patagonia Sailing Expedition to Cape Horn!
Expect an average of 3 to 6 hours of sailing per day, with the exception of the longer day around Cape Horn. Balanced by shore excursions. Overnight at anchor most evenings.
DAY 1 - Arrival in Ushuaia
You meet in Ushuaia harbor in the evening (time to be confirmed with the skipper). Climb aboard the yacht and meet the crew and passengers who will accompany you on this sailing expedition to Patagonia. following a tour of the yacht, your installation on board and a reminder of life and safety rules and formalities for leaving Argentina, you'll spend your first night on the water. Depart the next morning for a 14 or 21-day experience at sea.
DAY 2 - Puerto Williams
On your first day at sea, set sail for Puerto Williams and follow the formalities for entering Chile. You'll then have a well-deserved free time in the village of Puerto Williams. In the evening, enjoy a typical Patagonian dinner.
DAY 3 - Puerto Toro
A new day, a new route to Puerto Toro! Once there, take the opportunity to visit the southernmost village on the planet - an incomparable experience awaits you.
DAY 4 - Wollaston Archipelago
Sail back across Nassau Bay. In the evening, anchor in the Wollaston archipelago.
DAY 5 - Cape Horn
It's sailing day to Cape Horn! With a visit to the lighthouse on land, sea conditions permitting. An opportunity to bring fresh fruit and vegetables and a few treats for the family, who spend 1 year isolated in the lighthouse.
DAY 6 - Lennox Island
Another crossing back to Nassau Bay, with an anchorage on Lennox Island.
DAY 7 - Puerto Williams
Return to the village of Puerto Williams for further provisioning if necessary.
DAY 8 - Caleta Olla
This time, sail west on the Beagle to reach the Darwin Cordillera, where night sailing is possible. Arrival at Caleta Olla.
DAY 9 to 11 (or day 9 to 18) - Glaciers
It's time for a unique experience on the other side of the world, sailing through the glaciers and fjords of the Darwin Cordillera. More precisely, around Gordon Island, anchored every evening. Each day we'll fish for centolla (giant spider crab), Robalo or sometimes salmon, combined with shore excursions for a bit of height.
Day 12 (or day 19) : Puerto Williams
Return to civilization in the village you've come to know, Puerto Williams.
Days 13 and 14 (or days 20 and 21): Return to Ushuaïa
End of the sailing expedition, followed by Chilean exit formalities, another sail in the Beagle and arrival in Ushuaia in the evening. It's time to thank the crew for these moments of life shared on the other side of the world. An experience that will remain forever engraved in your travel memories... A wonderful expedition!
A reminder: on all the proposed routes, you don't need to be a great sportsman, but you do need to be in good physical condition. Each crew member must be able to get in and out of the zodiac unaided, walk for a few hours over unmarked terrain, climb a 300-meter vertical drop and be adaptable to the climatic conditions of the Deep South.
good to know: on this Patagonian sailing expedition, night watches are not compulsory, but it's a superb experience! on board, you'll be actively involved in life on board, helping with navigation, maneuvers and meals. Cruise duration varies according to departure date. A first experience at sea is not necessarily compulsory, but is recommended. The crew on board will accompany you (3 crew members: a skipper + a mate + a cook), and you'll have a great adventure on the other side of the world!

To reach the port of Ushuaïa:
1 - Fly from Argentina to Ushuaïa airport (USH).
2 - Take a cab to the port (-10 minutes).
Tip: We strongly recommend arriving in Ushuaia the day before your expedition's departure, and planning a return flight a few days after your expedition. It's best to plan for an "open" plane ticket in case of delays.
