Your possible stops during this cruise

the itinerary will depend on the weather conditions, your wishes and those of your skipper, as well as on health constraints.

Cast off for a 10-day sailing course in the Faroe Islands!
This ten day trip is an absolute blockbuster of our season, the perfect opportunity to sail in the magical land lost in the vastness of the Norwegian sea. This is in the middle of the summer season, the hottest and driest time of the year, however hot in this case is a bit of an exaggeration. The average temperature in July is only 12°C. But the weather changes so often in the Faroe Islands that the locals have a saying: "If you don't like it, wait five more minutes for it to change".
This place, often considered a stop on the way from Iceland to Norway, is worth exploring further. Because of its spectacular and arid landscape consisting of numerous cliffs, waterfalls and unusual architecture.

Program:
Departure and planned arrival at Thornshavn on the island of Streymoy.
We will first set sail for the island of Vágar, where we will have the opportunity to admire the largest lake in the Faroes, as well as the waterfall of Mulafossur.
Then we will return to the island of Stremoy to visit the towns of Duvugardar and Saksun. There we will contemplate the houses with the famous grass roofs
In addition, during this trip, we will make a stop on the island of Eysturoy, where we will climb Slaettaratindur, the highest peak in the Faroes, knowing that from up there, it is possible and in good visibility to see Iceland.
This trip is ideal for wildlife lovers. Indeed, we will certainly see puffins and whales. A chance to seize, during this 10-day sailing course in the Faroe Islands.

How it works:
This is a one-time mileage and sailing adventure experience for anyone who collects the miles or hours to complete their sailing training during their apprenticeship
You will be part of the crew, which means you will be required to stand watches (including night watches) and participate in daily tasks. Notably, participating in the rota - cooking for the other crew members, which normally happens twice a week. This accompanied by Bartosz your tutor and professional skipper.
