You will go aboard a sailing boat with simple comfort to stay in touch with nature and free yourself from the superfluous. You will sail for 2 to 7 days with Sophie, sailing instructor, nature mentor and naturopath. Together we will share a moment of life rich in learning and discovery of ourselves and others.

Let's talk about the journey

DAY 1- Boarding and heading to Houat!
You have an appointment around 5pm depending on the tides at the port of Saint-Goustan in Auray. First meeting with Sophie and the crew who will accompany you during this sailing course "Éveil et sens maritime". After settling in on board, a reminder of the rules of life and safety, you will set sail for Houat!
Take your bearings as you sail down the Auray river, listen to your senses, before arriving on the open sea where it will be up to you to set course for Houat! You will arrive in the evening for a wonderful sunset in front of this small island full of mysteries... A break, a bewitching moment of disconnection, the personal development is realized by stages, this one is part of it.

DAY 2- Belle-Île-en-Mer
A new day heading west to Belle-Île-en-Mer, the largest of the Breton islands with a rejuvenating atmosphere. From the sailboat, enjoy the sea spray and share a nice moment on board for an unforgettable experience. Indeed, Sophie wants to initiate you to listen to your intuitions, to the sounds that surround you, waves, winds, birdsong... Because as a reminder, your confidence on board depends on your well-being and therefore on the active listening of your senses.

DAY 3- Hoëdic
Back to the west towards Houat's little sister, Hoëdic, smaller but with the same charm! 2.5 kilometers of coastline to discover its dunes, its hollyhocks and its sea lilies for a bewitching show... From the sailboat, learn to observe and appreciate the land, nature and what it offers us. Follow the movement of the waves, the sailboats around and share your feelings on board. Communication at the heart of the path of self-discovery.

DAY 4- Gulf of Morbihan
It will be time to set sail again towards the north in the direction of the Gulf of Morbihan where, according to the Breton saying, "There are as many islands in the Gulf of Morbihan as there are days in the year". Maneuver between the islands, enrich your knowledge and enjoy a day rich in learning and self-discovery. The land welcomes you, it is up to you to take advantage of this space to live passionately between peace and freedom.

DAY 5 - Gulf of Morbihan then return to Auray
Last day of navigation in the Gulf of Morbihan and promised you will always discover so many wonderful places, this place is full of secrets, for the greatest happiness of its visitors. At the end of the afternoon you will sail up the river of Auray, for an arrival at the initial port around 5:00 pm (depending on the tides). This will be the end of your Sailing course in Southern Brittany, the moment to thank Sophie for her welcome and mentoring and to leave proud of your progress at sea! A rich emotional adventure of self-recovery that will remind you of the importance of life and peace.
