Departing from La Rochelle, this sailing course is designed as a real day of active sailing. The aim is not simply to get out on the water, but to understand how a sailboat works, and to take part in steering the boat.

Sailing takes place mainly along the Charente coast, a particularly interesting terrain for sailing. Depending on weather conditions, tides and the day's program, the itinerary can take in a number of the region's emblematicsuch as Saint-Denis d'Oléron, Île d'Aix and the shores of Île de Ré. These cruises enable you to sail in a variety of environments, while keeping to distances suited to a day's training.

on board, participants take part in the navigation and gradually discover the essential gestures. Everyone can get involved according to their level and wishes:
- Preparing the boat and leaving port.
- Setting the sails and understanding their role.
- Helming and steering the boat.
