Discover the French Riviera from another angle, aboard a Sailboat Esprit Tradition dating from 1982. Enjoy a unique week of sailing on the Mediterranean. During this trip, you will be accompanied by Patrice, a professional skipper, with whom you will learn or improve your sailing skills in a region of singular charm.
And if you wish to enjoy a "classic" cruise without taking the lead to hoist the sails, it is quite possible! Patrice will be happy to take you to the most beautiful stops not to be missed.

Cast off for a cruise on French Riviera or an active cruise on a Sailboat Esprit Tradition from Hyères,
Patrice, your skipper, will meet you at the port of Hyères at 9:30 am, to welcome you and visit the Vagabond 47, and to prepare the supplies. (Tip: prepare the shopping list well in advance and a supermarket will manage your order and delivery to the port. We will be happy to give you advice), reminder of life and safety on board, and then it's time to set sail!

If you want an active cruise/non-certifying sailing course your program will be :
- Perfecting the various sail maneuvers, port and safety.
- Refining your settings.
- Sailing preparation and watch management.
- Chart reading.
Topics that will be covered: HLM safety; trimming; navigating on a chart; marking and night navigation; weather.
And much more depending on your questions and desires. The goal is to acquire a level of autonomy in order to manage a boat as a skipper. Therefore, don't hesitate to ask questions to Patrice your skipper, especially if you wish to address specific points.

Here is a list of destinations to discover during this week of sailing:
Head east :
- Porquerolles: An unavoidable island in the south of France, with multiple facets and undeniable charm. Porquerolles will seduce you, in the north discover a rocky decor while in the south admire long stretches of fine sand beaches.
- Port-Cros : One of the golden islands, a real wild and preserved national park. We advise you to make a stop on land in order to walk its paths offering an incredible view of the Mediterranean Sea.
- Cap Taillat : An unmissable destination in the Var, recognizable thanks to its remarkable sandy isthmus. From the sailboat, admire its numerous creeks, its green landscapes and its Camarat lighthouse.
Or to the west :
- The Calanques National Park: Here sail on a protected area to discover En-vau, Riou... With exceptional seabeds, populated by multiple species of fish, swimming in turquoise water. Memorable landscapes await you in the middle of the Calanques National Park.

Disembarkation planned on Friday evening at 5:00 pm at the initial port.
Our sole objective is not to lead you from site to site, on the contrary, Patrice's vocation is to lead you to realize your own dream active cruise, off the beaten track!
