I'll take you on board my sailing boat for a sailing course from one day, along the Var coasts and more according to your desires... Professional of teaching and sailing since....very long (I'll tell you by ear!) I'll allow you to taste the joys of sailing at sea. You will be in turn captain and crew member, crew member, at the helm or on the manoeuvre. I watch over and implement the success of your marine experience.
With Mother Nature as an accomplice who offers us the beauty of her shores and ideal weather conditions in the Mediterranean, or not sometimes, I promise you the unforgettable!

Above all the program is yours! It's the freedom to choose according to your expectations, it's adapting to better succeed
I will be waiting for you on the first day from 9:30 am at the port of Saint-Mandrier or the day before if it is easier for you and if there is room. Same for the end of the course, we will adapt our return schedule according to your constraints.
After your installation and a briefing on the rules of life on board, safety, technical basics, you will cast off for a 2 to 6 day introductory or advanced sailing course
We will be able to set sail towards the islands of Hyeres, Port-Cros, Porquerolles or towards the Calanques de Cassis depending on the weather and your preferences
If you stay 5 or 6 days, we will have the opportunity to discover both sides!
Each day, we will sail the equivalent of half a day and you will be able to walk around and enjoy the rest of the day on the islands, unless you don't want to do more sailing, I'm adapting!
I guide you with good mood, gently for more pleasure and confidence.

For our first sailboat trip as a couple, we were both excited and a bit anxious, but I must say that we came back full of memories.Nathalie was top, on the one hand life on board which is not always easy due to the promiscuity and level navigation, we were served: maneuvers, small time, average time rain with a good breeze, theory, practice, and stories sympas, discoveries of the islands of Porquerolles ... Everything went very well before the cruise with exchanges by email, phone and Whatsapp as well as with the co-navigators for the organization. During the cruise, Nathalie quickly put us in confidence and this was very much appreciated. Thank you to Nathalie to have allowed us to launch and to have given us the desire to continue on this path.
We were expecting a beautiful sun which, unfortunately, never really arrived. On the other hand, this climate allowed us to have a varied activity on the boat and to discover the magnificent landscapes between Saint Mandrier and Porquerolles.
We had a great time with Nathalie. She knows how to put us at ease by making us fully confident during the manoeuvres of the sailboat and her pedagogical side greatly facilitates the acclimatization. A big thank you for this great experience that gives us a lot of desire for the future.
A journey of a thousand places always starts with a first step, thanks to nathalie for allowing me to take this first step into the world of sailing. Very quickly put in confidence I was able to put "my hand to the work" and spend many hours at the helm or the different manoeuvres, to acquire this vocabulary so rich and so technical and to spend wonderful moments with a crew at the top. Thank you very much Nathalie for having made me discover your world, for the swimming with flippers in snorkel mask, the outings in paddleboat at anchor :-), the laughter and the delicious meals. Hoping to see you again very soon for another week across the Mediterranean.

A great sailing weekend aboard the sailboat ! A very reactive and efficient boat, even in "light weather", very pleasant to steer and very comfortable. The atmosphere was more than pleasant throughout the sailing, beautiful anchorages, good evenings, in short paradise.
Nathalie is an excellent and very experienced instructor, she lets you do the manoeuvres while making you feel secure, in short a great instructor. I highly recommend her! As for me, I'm going back to sea as soon as possible with Nathalie and the sailboat!!
4 days at sea as I dreamed with a lot of sailing, the spinnaker as soon as possible, a real learning of manoeuvres as well as helming, beautiful anchorages, beautiful swimming and a healthy atmosphere of bon vivants who share their culinary talents ... to consume without moderation, a big bowl of air assured!
Nathalie is an outstanding skipper, in the immediate sharing of her great skills, serene, reliable and efficient at the same time she transmits her love of sailing with generosity while knowing how to step aside to allow everyone to make their own personal experience. Professional but relaxed, discreet but attentive, Nathalie spares no effort to make the cruise a privileged moment where technique and relaxation subtly blend. Excellent in the "management" of pointed or not pointed manoeuvres... Perfectly bilingual she speaks fluently the "sailor" and the elephant!... very appreciable for a fitness!..

Perfect course, little use of the engine (only when we had no other choice), experimentation with many sails including the spinnaker and asymmetrical, first anchorage in Briande Bay, excellent boat a high-performance and comfortable cruising race with a headroom greater than 1m80.
An experienced sailor in the good sense of the word, calm in all circumstances. Its real plus is its ability to make people discover and understand through practice. Nathalie brings the confidence necessary for beginners to get started and progress. And its technical background also delights more experienced people. Patient, passionate and exciting.
The internship as a whole was a success! My wife accompanied me to understand my passion for sailing, and like many sailing enthusiasts I feared failure. Nathalie's coaching, her permanent calm, her little advice, allowed my wife to steer without fear, even in 25 knots with waves of nearly 2 metres. As a result, she loved it

We had a great we on Nathalie's sailboat. Despite the very bad weather, we were able to reach the island of Porquerolles. We wanted thrills and adventure, we were fulfilled!!!!! Nathalie showed us how to sail and allowed us to sail the boat from the beginning... The landscapes are magnificent, the boat too.
