Your cruise

Set sail from Anses d'Arlet

Discover the island of flowers by sea: this cruise to Martinique will let you discover its hidden treasures, aboard a comfortable catamaran. Your professional skipper will share his expertise with you, and the island's distilleries will soon hold no secrets for you!

Your possible stops during this cruise

Here's the itinerary for your catamaran tour of Martinique. Please note that it may change according to the weather and your individual wishes.

DAY 1: Boarding
Meet your crew in Anses-d'Arlet. You'll be able to ask your skipper any questions you may have, and settle in comfortably on your catamaran.

DAY 2: Grande Anse
With the ship moored in Grande Anse Bay, you can snorkel and observe sea turtles. While your crew eats breakfast, you can head out for your first short hike, or take a short sail to visit the village of Anses d'Arlet, with its church and fish market. You'll then set sail across the bay of Fort de France to Le Carbet. You're likely to spot dolphins. Next, you'll visit the Neisson and Depaz distilleries. After your visit, you can stop off in Saint-Pierre for a stroll through the historic town. You'll end the day in the beautiful bay of Anse Couleuvre, renowned for its black sand beach.

DAY 3: Couleuvre
Start your new day with a short hike (approx. 1 hour) to the Cascade Couleuvre, where you can take a dip. You'll then visit Habitation Céron and its 300-year-old Zamana tree. Depending on the weather and sea conditions, you'll either sail to the north of Martinique or take a cab to Trinité, while the crew makes the long crossing to the Atlantic. This is your chance to discover the hidden corners of Martinique.

DAY 4: Marigot
Early in the morning, you'll set off for the northern villages of Marigot, Macouba and Basse-Pointe. You'll then visit the JM distillery, hidden in the lush vegetation typical of this part of Martinique. You'll then visit the abandoned fishermen's village where Martinican artists have come to display their ephemeral art. You'll then take the Caravelle hike, in the middle of a nature reserve. You'll make your way to the lighthouse and spend the night at anchor near Baie du Trésor.

DAY 5: Ilets du Robert
Head for the Ilets du Robert! Ilet Chancel, Ilet Madame and Ilet Thierry will hold no more secrets for you. You'll sail through a magnificent lagoon, passing quickly by Ilet Garou and ending your day at Josephine's bathtub, where you'll spend the night.

DAY 6: Distillerie Clément
After a hearty breakfast, you'll head off to the Clément distillery. You'll be impressed by its garden, museum and refurbished cellars, where you can learn more about rum-making. Then your day ends at Baie des Anglais, a narrow passageway that few captains know about. You'll visit a mangrove in a nature reserve renowned for its multitude of birds.

DAY 7: Sainte Anne
Head to Sainte Anne for a typical hike in the "Savane des Pétrifications". You'll then join the catamaran for a delicious meal, before setting off on a minibus tour of the Marin marina and visiting the La Mauny and Trois-Rivières distilleries. After your visit, you'll head to the village of Sainte-Luce and stroll along its waterfront. End the day with a magnificent sunset aboard your catamaran.

DAY 8: Diamond Rock and disembarkation
You'll pass by the Diamond Rock, where the crew will be sure to tell you all about its history. Then you'll head for one of Martinique's most beautiful coves: La Roche d'Or. Here, you'll enjoy the last breakfast of your cruise, in a magnificent setting. You'll disembark at 10 a.m. at the Grande Anse pontoon, after a week rich in experiences.
