Details of your Transatlantic sailing on a sport catamaran
Set off on a transatlantic voyage on a beautiful TS42 sport catamaran, which will give you the thrill of both speed and comfort on a catamaran like this.
on the outward journey, there are several legs available. So you can choose to do the whole transatlantic from Dahouet in Brittany to Martinique, or opt for the shorter and slightly less expensive leg from the Canaries to Martinique - it's up to you!
Transatlantique Aller 2024 (France - Antilles) :
- Boarding on 10/27/24 for the crossing from Dahouet to the Canaries (€2820/pers.). Allow around 2 weeks' sailing, arriving in Tenerife around 09/11/24.
- Boarding on 9/11/24 for the crossing from the Canaries to Martinique (5820€/pers). 3 weeks sailing until 30/11/2024 → SOLD OUT.
Transatlantique Retour 2025 (West Indies - France):
- Program to be defined.
Program:
You'll take full advantage of the various aspects of life on board, while learning the techniques needed for autonomy on a sailboat. The onboard instructor adapts his instructions to the level and objectives of each crew member (weather, charting with and without GPS, trimming, etc.).
You'll learn about safety (taking charge of the boat from a technical point of view, specific maneuvers), navigation (charting, weather forecasting, taking the tide into account, following the logbook, etc.), and how to get the most out of the boat.e, logbook follow-up, use of onboard electronics, etc.), techniques (spinnaker, gennaker, staysail, reefing maneuvers and adjustments, etc.), night sailing on watch, fishing, etc.
Our boats are equipped with an Iridium Go with unlimited data package (emails and text messages), tracking for your loved ones so they can follow your progress...
good to know:
In addition to the cost of the crossing, you'll need to pay for food (around €15/day/person, less if the fishing is good!),
Fuel, stopover expenses and final cleaning are included in the price.
If you don't already have an FFVoile license or a Passeport Voile valid for the current year, you'll need to add €20 for the Passeport FFVoile insurance.
If cabins are occupied, the skipper sleeps in the middle
