This crossing takes place in 2 stages:
1st leg: Marseille > Canaries for around 20 days Price: €2,300 / person
This first leg takes you from the Mediterranean to the Atlantic, via the Columns of Hercules and the mythical Strait of Gibraltar. As the days at sea go by, you'll have the chance to talk with the crew and learn about offshore navigation: watch keeping, sail trimming, night sailing, weather forecasting, chart reading. You'll take an active part in life on board, and discover how a sailing boat operates on the high seas.
2nd leg: Canaries > Martinique for around 28 days Price: €4995 / person
From the Canaries, you'll begin the great Atlantic crossing. This is the time to experience the trade winds, the steady winds that will carry the yacht towards the West Indies. This navigation is an opportunity to deepen your knowledge and live the unique experience of a transatlantic race.
For almost 4 weeks, you'll share the navigation watches, observe the stars and appreciate the power of the ocean. The crossing will end in Fort-de-France, Martinique, around December 17, 2026.
The total journey from Marseille to Martinique takes around 48 days and costs €6500 / person.
For the return transatlantic :
This transatlantic return trip takes place in two stages:
- April 12 to May 4, 2026: departure from Martinique, arrival in the Azores - 23 days sailing
- From May 5 to May 19, 2026: departure from the Azores, arrival in Marseille - 15 days at sea
The total trip from Martinique to Marseille takes around 38 days and costs €3,600 per person.
NB: the number of days between each stopover depends on the weather, so please allow for a few extra days. This program is purely indicative.
Life aboard the catamaran :
During this transatlantic race, you'll have a crew role:
- You'll take part in the provisioning of the boat, then manage it for the duration of the voyage.
- You'll learn about self-sufficiency on a catamaran.
- Under the supervision of your skipper, you will ensure the safety of the catamaran, your teammates and yourself.
- You'll take part in sailing maneuvers.
- You'll take part in day and night navigation: sailing to the rhythm of the watches, charting, analyzing the weather and currents, following the logbook, using the onboard electronics, etc.).
- You'll also take it in turns to prepare meals and do household chores aboard the boat.
