Independence by nature

I am a qualified sailor and I passed my Ocean Yacht master. I sailed a lot as a sailor on different seas and oceans, as a professional: Convoying or charters. Since my return to France, I have trained in Nature mentoring according to the transmissions of ancestral civilizations and I have found the form of transmission that I had received as a teenager in sailing. This return to my roots gave me the desire to take to the sea again to transmit the art of sailing as it had been transmitted to me.

Safe, listening, non-judgmental, reassuring, joyful, optimistic, patient, supportive.

I am a 52 years old woman, I am very connected to nature, to the world of childhood, to the accompaniment on the path of inner peace and therefore around oneself, I have trained in the masculine and feminine sacred, I have invested a lot in the education of my children in order to open the doors of a world other than the one proposed today and to open the field of possibilities, their possibilities which is without limits.i am very much involved in the education of my children in order to open the doors of a world other than the one proposed today and to open the field of possibilities to them, of their possibilities which is without limit. I am also a Naturopath and have worked as a hostess, so I cook with pleasure while navigating, a varied, simple and tasty cuisine. Life on a journey

Intense states of grace, sharing and moments where the participant lets go thanks to the navigation. The learning of sailing and also an accompaniment that allows to let go of old contracts with oneself and to come back on land with a new vision of oneself.

When the participants' eyes shine, their bodies unravel, and I can see that they have touched a new part of freedom within them. Also when the feeling of security has been present throughout the workshop.

I transmit intuitive navigation by opening the senses and connecting to one's feelings.
