What is your motto ?
Live the dream and the adventure.
How did you come to do this job?
First as a sailor and then as a chef aboard motor yachts, I preferred to go back to sailing boats to make people discover the sea more intimately.

To know about you, apart from your job?
I was a nurse for over ten years, I don't have a green thumb but I have a heart for it.
Life on a journey
Your best memory ?
They are all magical on a boat, but each dolphin visit is a pleasure never denied. Especially when there are more than a hundred of them and they come right to you, in the south of Corsica.
For you, what is a successful sea trip?
A trip that leaves glitter in the eyes of my guests.
Your style of practice?
Calm and pedagogical, very gentle.
