Your cruise
For those who want to learn to sail, get started in sailing, or hone their sailing skills, we invite you to come aboard for an unforgettable cruise along the Costa Brava, one of the most beautiful coastlines in the Mediterranean.
Amid wild coves, picturesque fishing villages, and protected nature reserves, this itinerary will take you from Cadaqués—the “white pearl” beloved by Salvador Dalí—to the charming narrow streets of Sant Feliu de Guíxols.
You’ll discover iconic stops along the way, such as Rosas, the mysterious Medes Islands, the medieval village of Begur, and the fortress of Tossa de Mar… A journey blending culture, nature, and sailing—perfect for lovers of the sea and the sun.
Your possible stops during this cruise
Here is your itinerary for the 2- to 5-day sailing course from Saint-Cyprien to the Costa Brava.
This is a sample itinerary and is subject to weather conditions!
Feel free to ask the skipper for advice on sailing techniques.
Day 1 – Boarding in Saint-Cyprien → Cadaqués → Rosas
Boarding and introduction to basic sailing maneuvers (rigging, nautical knots, sail trimming). Sailing along the rocky coastline, lunch at anchor in a cove. Arrival in Rosas in the late afternoon, stroll along the seaside promenade. Overnight at the harbor or at anchor.
Day 2 – Rosas → Medes Islands → Return to Cadaqués
Set sail for the Medes Islands, a protected marine reserve. Snorkeling or swimming, then sail back to Cadaqués. Possible hands-on exercises: chart reading, GPS use, anchoring, or mooring. Disembark at the end of the day.
After these two days of exploration, extend the course with three additional days to explore Begur, Tossa de Mar, and Sant Feliu de Guíxols.
Day 3 – Cadaqués → Begur
Coastal sailing and exploration of Begur’s coves (Aiguablava, Sa Tuna). Visit to the medieval village; overnight at anchor.
Day 4 – Begur → Tossa de Mar
Set sail for Tossa de Mar, famous for its ramparts and its old village overlooking the sea. Evening at the harbor, with a Mediterranean atmosphere.
Day 5 – Tossa de Mar → Saint-Cyprien
Sail back to Saint-Cyprien. Disembark at the end of the day and say goodbye to the crew.
