Your possible stops during this cruise
Departing from Granville, you will embark the day before departure at 7pm on Sunday. Once you've settled in, Olivier and Yaël will show you around the boat and brief you on the safety precautions to be taken on board. In the evening, you'll dine in the restaurant with your crew, the perfect time to start getting to know the people who'll be sharing the trip with you.
Below are the ports of call you can expect to make during your trip from Granville. These ports of call are subject to change according to the weather and your wishes:
Alderney: take advantage of Alderney's small roads and country lanes to enjoy a pleasant stroll and marvel at the flora and fauna of this Anglo-Norman island.
Guernsey: invigorating walks along the cliff paths, strolling through the bucolic landscapes of the interior or simply relaxing on the superb beaches. Guernsey has many surprises in store for you. You can visit Hauteville House to discover what life was like for Victor Hugo during his stay on the Channel Island.
Sark: this picturesque, authentic island will give you a change of scene. No cars, no trucks, just bicycles and horse-drawn carriages. Discover unforgettable landscapes on the little paths lined with low stone walls and wild flowers that criss-cross the island. Small bays, cliffs, coves and unspoilt nature, Sark is an island out of time!
Jersey: a small island with great character, where country lanes open onto cliff tops and you'll never be more than 10 minutes from the sea. From the top of the cliffs, you'll enjoy splendid panoramic views.
On board, you can take part in all the action and be a major player in the navigation, or choose to let yourself be carried along by your crew and enjoy the cruise to the full, alternating between lounging on the boat's deck and swimming in the anchorages. In the evening, the ports of call offer a host of surprises, from typical pubs to wild landscapes...
The main thing, of course, is to keep up your cruising speed! The Channel Islands are a miniature England just outside Granville. They offer the change of scenery of an island land spoiled by nature, steeped in British culture, and the feeling of wandering through familiar territory, with streets bearing French names and countryside that resembles the Normandy bocage.
After 5 days in the Channel Islands, you'll return to the port of Granville to disembark after an unforgettable stay.
