The cruise

Take a tour of the islands of Ibiza (“Eivissa” in Catalan) and Formentera for a week-long cruise aboard a perfectly furnished single hull sailboat. Adolfo will be your skipper, and will take great pleasure in helping you discover the famed marvels of the two Balearic Islands, along with their hidden treasures. What with the wild coves, white sand beaches and their pristine water; the charm of small, traditional villages and the liveliness of local festivals, you are certain to find happiness.

Plan a trip with family or friends. Whatever your expectations may be, Adolfo is at your disposal to guarantee that they are met. Find your escape in a calming place, surrounded by nature and tranquility, or opt for something more energetic - a cruise with more navigation and sporting activities. You can also choose to sunbathe on beaches inaccessible by land, or take dreamy anchorages in the small-town ports and take advantage of the nightlife. In short, experience your dream vacation!

Your possible stops during this cruise

Day 1 : Adolfo will meet you at the Ibiza Nautical Club where you will embark on his sailboat. He will begin by giving you a tour of the boat and explaining how the craft functions, and how one should behave on board. Shortly after, you will begin your cruise by going up toward Santa Eularia des Riu, the second largest town on the island. There you will find lovely beaches, small traditional shops, and the charming villages of surrounding area. A short day visit and plenty of idle time form a perfect beginning to your cruise.

Day 2 : Es Canar beach awaits you ! This heavenly beach is the perfect destination for those who want to get away from it all. Next, you will continue up north, circumventing the island of Tago Mago and setting course for Portinatx. This area brims with small, wild coves and white sand beaches. The day will finish up at Cala Benirras, a.k.a, “hippie beach,” where you will enjoy an exceptional sunset on this mysterious rocky formation in the middle of the sea.

Day 3 : you will steer toward the Port of Sant Miquel and Cala Barca. A natural and unique setting with pine-forested cliffs overlooking turquoise waters. The day will wind down in the surroundings of Sant Antoni de Portmany. Just off the bay one can find a string of uninhabited islands. For those who want to go out, the town offers a wide selection of restaurants, bars, and nightclubs.

Day 4 : features your navigation of the surroundings of the Cala d’Or, which provides a spectacular vista over Es Vedra, an island of nearly 400 meters in altitude. Yet another chance to bathe in a little slice of paradise. For those who love to fish, this is the perfect time to break out the rods and hooks.

Day 5 : you will sail to the marvelous island of Formentera. Scarcely developed, this island has maintained the charm particular to Mediterranean villages of yesteryear. The natural landscape has been well preserved and its waters are pristine. Marine life here is rich and abundant. It’s time to take out your snorkeling gear! On the north side of the island, take a stop at the mud baths of Espalmador. The lovely Illetas beach offers an ideal setting for your nighttime anchorage.

Day 6 : the visit to Formentera will be followed by the beaches of Cala Saona. As the water here is quite shallow, it’s an ideal location for children. The Cape of Barbaria is located on the island’s south coast and is closer to Algeria than to Spain. There, one can find a lighthouse that allows boats entering the Mediterranean by Gibraltar to orient themselves, and offers visitors an extraordinary vista. To close out the day, the Migjorn coast houses a large quantity of small inlets and natural beaches, a perfect nighttime shelter.

Day 7 : you will visit El Pilar de la Mola, a small village on Formentera with its white cottages and lighthouse. The final stop of the cruise will take place at Es Pujols, where you will find white sand beaches and turquoise water. It will then be time to return to port.

Of course, this is only a suggested itinerary. It can be modified according to your wishes.
