Hervé, a professional skipper for 30 years, will welcome you aboard his yacht and put all his energy into passing on the sailing bug to you!
Each year, the skipper offers :
Transat Retour 2024 :
- leg 1: April 05 to April 25: Guadeloupe - Azores (21 days).
- leg 2: April 26 to May 11: Azores - Gibraltar - St Laurent du Var (16 days).
If you wish to complete both legs, a reduced rate of €2,600 will be offered.
Transat Aller 2024 :
- stage 1: October 13 to 27: Saint Laurent du Var → Balearic Islands → Spanish coast → Gibraltar → Marina de Santa Cruz in Tenerife in the Canary Islands (15 days).
- stage 2: October 30 to November 12: Santa Cruz, Tenerife → Sal → Boa Vista → São Nicolau → São Vicente in Mindelo, Cape Verde (14 days).
- Discovery break: November 14 to November 26: Cape Verde Islands (13 days).
- stage 3: November 28 to December 18: São Vicente, Mindelo → Atlantic crossing → Le marin, Martinique (21 days).
If you wish to make more than one leg, a reduced rate will be offered.

Your possible stops during this cruise
The skipper will welcome you on the yacht in St Laurent du Var for the outward leg (France - West Indies) and in Bas-du-Fort marina in Guadeloupe for the return leg (West Indies - France), either the evening before or by 9:30 a.m. at the latest.
You'll then be able to take full advantage of the high seas, the different weather conditions and the wonder of dolphins, whales, pilot whales, starry nights and everything else that makes a transatlantic race so charming. You'll also discover the organization on board, punctuated by watch watches and meals, a moment of conviviality and sharing among the crew!

⛵ Transat Aller - Stage 1: Saint Laurent du Var → Canary Islands
A first stage, leave the hexagon and head for the Canary Islands. To reach the Santa Cruz marina on the Canary island of Tenerife, you'll sail along the Balearic Islands, close to the Spanish coast and, of course, via Gilbraltar. A first experience of long-distance sailing is recommended for this leg, as everyone participates in maneuvers both day and night. Sailing in the Mediterranean gives you the chance to improve your skills in terms of weather planning, sail trimming and so on.
⛵ Transat Aller - Leg 2: Canary Islands → Cape Verde
On the second leg, head for the Santa Cruz marina on the Canary Island of Tenerife. Make the crossing to Cape Verde in 4 to 6 days, with a first stopover on the island of Sal in Palmeria. Visit and customs formalities. We then sail on to Sal Rei on the island of Boa Vista. A destination famous for its endless stretches of sand! Before continuing on to Tarafal de São Nicolau, where you can climb the Monte Gordo peaks to an altitude of 312 metres. This leg ends in São Vicente, with a return flight from Mindelo airport. An ideal stopover for those wishing to familiarize themselves with long sailings with alternating day and night watches.
⛵ Discovery break: The Cape Verde Islands
Before heading off to the West Indies, we suggest a mid-course stopover to discover the islands of Cape Verde. 13 days of island-hopping to discover the treasures of this archipelago. This leg begins and ends in São Vicente. Mindelo airport is nearby. An ideal stopover for those wishing to learn to sail with a crew.
⛵ Transat Aller - Stage 3: Cape Verde → West Indies
Experience this extraordinary expedition, alone in the middle of the Atlantic. You'll set sail with an outstanding skipper who will take you from one end of the Atlantic to the other in a friendly environment as you take part in the navigation. on board, share the life of a real sailor and relive history! The crossing takes around 20 days. The goal: to reach the other continent! Arrival gifts include an aperitif at Gentile's "Happy Island" bar on Union Island, a swim among the turtles in the Tobago Cays, the discovery of the magnificent waterfalls on Santi-Vincent Island and, of course, a snorkeling session at the foot of Saint Lucia's two Pitons. The transatlantic journey ends at the port of Le Marin in Martinique.

On arrival, there are plenty of cabs to take you to the port of Le Marin.
