Here's your itinerary:
- Day 1: CAPO d'ORLANDO
Start your journey by arriving at the embarkation point in Capo d'Orlando from 4pm. Spend the night in Capo d'Orlando, where you can soak up the Sicilian atmosphere and dine in a restaurant.
- Day 2: VULCANO
Start your day with a delicious breakfast on board while the crew prepares the boat for the journey to Vulcano, the nearest of the Aeolian Islands. Explore the wonders of the Aeolian Islands, visiting the "Grotta del Cavallo", the Pool of Venus and either Baia Levante or Baia Ponente, depending on wind conditions. Enjoy dinner and spend the night on Vulcano.
- Day 3: STROMBOLI
Wind permitting, sail to Stromboli, the most enchanting of the seven islands. After breakfast, enjoy a leisurely morning exploring the charming village of San Vincenzo and sampling granita with brioche while admiring the breathtaking view. Contemplate the impressive Strombolicchio, a small islet visible from the village square, and perhaps venture up to the volcano either by hiking to its summit or observing its eruptions from afar. End the day with a memorable dinner on board while experiencing Stromboli's continuous eruptions.
- Day 4: PANAREA
After a delicious breakfast on board, set off on a circumnavigation of Panarea, the smallest of the Aeolian Islands. Explore the lively nightlife and the group of islets near the main island, each offering unique attractions. Witness volcanic activity first-hand, with steam rising from cracks between the rocks, creating natural whirlpool baths.
- Day 5: SALINA
Dedicate this day to exploring the island of Salina, renowned for its exquisite sweet wine, Malvasia, and its association with the famous film "Il Postino". Visit the picturesque bay of Pollara, with its crystal-clear waters and craggy rocks. Enjoy Alfredo's famous granita and traditional "pane cunzato" in the afternoon. Wine lovers can explore the island's prestigious cellars and savor its rich history and fine vintages.
- Day 6: LIPARI
After an evening in Salina, head for Lipari. Spend the morning exploring the historic center and archaeological museum at your leisure. In the afternoon, set off on an excursion around the island, including a must-see visit to the "Faraglioni" and Valle Muria beach.
- Day 7: CAPO D'ORLANDO
Make the most of your last day with breakfast overlooking the magnificent landscape. Spend the day between Lipari and Vulcano, starting with the famous "white beaches" and vibrant blue hues of Lipari's Canneto Bay. Later, head to Vulcano's Donkey Bay, known for its unique black sand seabed and the distant braying of donkeys. Return to Cape Orlando in the late afternoon for the last night on board.
