Your cruise
Sail a catamaran in the Gulf of Kvarner, between the Istrian and Dalmatian peninsulas.
This gulf will delight you with its heteroglyphic charm. Surrounded by mountains, the Gulf of Kvarner will seduce you with its various islands.
It's an ideal mix of wild places and villages to visit! On the other hand, this cruise does involve quite a long sail on some days, especially Day 2.
Your possible stops during this cruise
Depending on weather conditions, your wishes and those of your skipper, the itinerary may have to be modified.
DAY 1: You meet your skipper in Pula at 17:00. You will be introduced to the catamaran on which you will spend the week. The first night will be spent in port, the ideal time to get to know each other and learn the basic rules of sailing.
DAY 2: Head for the magnificent bay of Portic. Between the old town and lush nature, your eyes won't know where to rest. Spend the day swimming, strolling and relaxing.
DAY 3: Off to Krk, Croatia's largest island. This island, the most northerly in the Adriatic, boasts the famous Biserujka cave, ideal for caving. For history buffs, the old town of Krk will delight you with its many historical relics.
DAY 4: Set course for Cres. This island, divided between beaches and cliffs, is ideal for relaxation. At the end of the day, you'll set course for Ilovik.
DAY 5: Discover Ilovik and its many religious sites. After lunch, you'll head for Mali Losinj in Augusti Bay. This island town has attracted many businesses, and you'll find plenty of souvenirs for your loved ones.
DAY 6: Head for Unije, a hilly, limestone island. It offers many trails ideal for walking.
DAY 7 : After a day of relaxing and swimming, you'll head back to Pula.
DAY 8: Disembarkation at 9.00 a.m., marking the end of a superb week.

You can reach Pula from Paris by plane. Arriving in Pula, it takes about 20 minutes to reach the Veruda marina.
1. Too long sailing per day. The goal of the holiday was to discover the country and its numerous places, not make a sailing school course. In reality, we had 7-8 hours sailing per day, late arrival, thus, not enough time to make visits to the islands. 2. I would recommend reviewing the program, as not the best places were included in the trip 3. Would be good to get more detailed information on the boat possibilities BEFORE the trip. We have paid private bathroom, but, in fact6, on the first day of the trip, it was announced that usage of the bathroom/ WC is very much limited. Still don't understand why we had to pay extra for the service that was not provided in full. As a resume, it was not our first catamaran experience, but it was definitely different. I would admit that the best way of motivating people to make catamaran tours again, is to keep a smart combination of numerous activities and comfort. Unfortunately, we were lacking activities and didn't get the comfort expected.
