Your cruise
Discover Guadeloupe and Dominica with Pierre & Babeth, a team of professionals who will make you live an unforgettable week! On the programme: breathtaking scenery, fine sandy beaches and turquoise waters.
Your possible stops during this cruise
Here is an example of a program for your stay. The program indicated below is subject to change according to your wishes and weather conditions. The crew being flexible on the itinerary, you will be able to adapt it according to your wishes, in agreement with your skipper.
DAY 1 : Embarkation at Pointe à Pitre and departure for Les Saintes
Pierre & Babeth will meet you at 9am to board their sailboat. Once you have settled in and visited the boat, you will set sail for the Ile des Saintes. After a navigation of about 4 hours, you will arrive at your first stopover of your stay. In the afternoon, you can take advantage of the long sandy beaches to relax or snorkel in the translucent waters of the Caribbean. You will dine and sleep at anchor at Les Saintes.
DAY 2 : Day of the Saints
Morning relaxation for this new day. There are many idyllic beaches where you can relax on the fine sand or swim in the clear waters of the Caribbean. After your lunch, if you wish to learn about the history of Guadeloupe and the Isle of Saints, you can visit the Fort Napoleon, which today serves as a museum. In the evening, you will enjoy the sunset over a drink before sitting down for dinner. You'll sleep at anchor.
DAYS 3 & 4: Heading for Dominica
In the morning, you will head for Dominica with a short sail of about 2 hours that will allow you to arrive at your destination for lunch. You will discover this very wild island covered by a thick rainforest. On the island, many waterfalls contribute to the beauty of the landscapes. If you are lucky you may be able to see whales in the waters around the island. To better observe the seabed, you can practice snorkeling. The next day, you can go on one of the many treks at your disposal. The relief of the island and its impressive vegetation will certainly give you a change of scenery. You can enjoy a picnic during your hike before returning to the sailboat in the early afternoon. After a well-deserved swim, your crew will set sail for your next destination. You will arrive on the island of Marie Galante in the afternoon. For the rest of the day, you can choose to laze on the deck of the sailboat while sipping a drink or explore the seabed with snorkel and mask. In the evening, you'll have dinner and sleep at anchor.
DAY 5 & 6 : Discovering Marie Galante
After breakfast and a swim to start the day, you will have the opportunity to discover a little more of Marie Galante Island. You will be able to stroll through the streets of the island and enjoy the abundant nature that surrounds you. On your way, you will find distilleries that you will have the opportunity to visit. At the end of the afternoon, you will get back on board the yacht to sail along the coast of Marie-Galante and head for your anchorage for the night. Depending on the location selected by your crew, you will eat on board or on land, with your feet in the sand. For this second day on the island that is nicknamed "the quiet island", you can enjoy a relaxing morning combining lazing around and snorkeling in the transparent waters of the Caribbean. In the evening, you will dine and sleep at anchor on the shores of Marie Galante.
DAY 7 : Return to Pointe à Pitre
After breakfast, your crew will take you along the coast of Guadeloupe with many stopovers on the day's program to swim and enjoy the scenery around you. In particular, you will go along the coast of the town of Gosier. At the end of the afternoon, you will head for Pointe à Pitre to disembark at around 6pm.

We were very lucky on our navigation. The sea was beautiful, the wind was regular, we sailed mostly on the beam and broad reach, a little bit of 90 and almost no upwind. Le Gosier => Marie-Galante => La Dominique => les Saintes on one tack. The ascent to Gosier ended with a bit of engine. The Anse Canot on Marie-Galante was our favorite place of the stay. If you visit the chocolate factory Pointe Baptiste in Dominica, don't hesitate to take the pedestrian path that crosses the garden and that goes down to the beach, it is magnificent. Avoid terre de haut in the Saintes, too touristy, too many cars, too many scooters while the road is only 4 unfortunate small kilometers.
Pierre is an excellent skipper, he knows his boat like the back of his hand, he never stresses on board, he adapts the pace to his crew. Babeth has all the qualities! Kind, pleasant and a good cook, she also took care of our 7 year old daughter during our scooter trip. This cruise will leave us with excellent memories. Nathalie, Lily and François
we left from Gosier to spend 2 nights in Marie Galante, 2 nights on Dominica and 2 nights in Les Saintes. The interest of this organization is to balance the stay by having the time to go ashore to visit the islands. It also allows those who are not so keen on sailing to recuperate after the crossings. During these crossings, we quickly realize Pierre's qualities as a sailor and teacher. Thus, everything went smoothly and in a good mood, even when the conditions were a bit rough. Babeth, by her kindness, as much for the comfort of each one as for the supplies, greatly contributed to the conviviality of the stay.
Concerning the organization, we exchanged on the possibilities which were presented to us in term of visits, snorkeling and could be autonomous on the ground, or to take part in the provisioning on the markets possibly. We also, all together with Babeth and Pierre, took part in an outing in the north of Dominica in a cab chartered especially for us 6. On this occasion, we were able to discover a waterfall, a sulphurous spring, a small fishing port, a chocolate workshop as well as the richness of the landscapes of this green island. A great moment which encourages us to come back for a longer stay
