Departing from Saint-Tropez, this day-long sailing course is open to all skill levels.
Led by a professional skipper, it allows you to discover or improve your sailing skills through hands-on sailing focused on maneuvers, trim adjustments, and boat handling.
Depending on the weather and the participants’ skill levels, the trip may head toward Cap Taillat, an ideal setting for practicing at sea and enjoying the Var coastline.

Here is the itinerary for your day-long sailing course departing from Saint-Tropez.
The schedule is provided for informational purposes only. The skipper will adjust it based on the weather, the participants’ skill levels, and sailing conditions.
9 a.m. - Welcome in Saint-Tropez
Welcome at the port of Saint-Tropez, safety briefing, and overview of the day’s schedule. The skipper will take the time to discuss participants’ skill levels and expectations with them.
Morning - First maneuvers at sea
Departure for an active sailing session from Saint-Tropez. The morning provides an opportunity to get your bearings on board, participate in your first maneuvers, and practice steering the boat.
Afternoon - Sailing to Cap Taillat
Depending on conditions, we may set course for Cap Taillat. Participants continue to practice: sail adjustments, course planning, tacking, and crew coordination.
5:00 p.m. – Return to Saint-Tropez
Return to the port of Saint-Tropez at the end of the day. The course concludes with a debriefing with the skipper to review what was learned and areas for improvement.
