Your cruise
This 3-day cruise from Saint-Malo takes you to the Channel Islands, with possible stopovers in Jersey, Sark or Guernsey, depending on conditions.
This course is designed for sailors who have already mastered the basics of sailing and wish to perfect their coastal and international sailing skills.
On the program: crossing the English Channel, sailing in an area with strong currents and active maritime traffic, as well as discovering the islands and their maritime heritage.
Valid passport required for Channel Islands stopovers.

Here is a sample program for your intermediate sailing course.
The itinerary and program may be modified according to weather conditions and safety requirements.
Day 1 - Saint-Malo → Channel Islands.
Welcome of the crew in Saint-Malo, presentation of the boat and safety briefing. Preparation for sailing (weather, tides, route), then departure for the Channel Islands.
Take part in the first maneuvers and get to grips with the boat during the crossing.
Arrival at the end of the day on one of the islands of the archipelago (Jersey, Guernsey, Sark or Herm, depending on conditions).
Settle into port or anchorage and explore the island.
Day 2 - Sailing in the archipelago.
Coastal sailing between the islands and exploration of the archipelago.
Throughout the day, the crew takes part in maneuvers, navigation and preparation of stopovers.
Possibility of a stopover to discover an island, stroll along the coastal paths or enjoy a sheltered anchorage.
Overnight at anchor or in port.
Day 3 - Return to Saint-Malo.
Preparation for the return trip and crossing to Saint-Malo.
Trainees actively participate in boat handling and maneuvers.
Arrival in port at the end of the day and debriefing of the cruise.
Throughout the cruise, participants can learn or perfect their sailing skills:
maneuvers, sail trimming, map reading, coastal navigation and life on board.

Feeling 416 - 12.60 meters
Built and equipped for ocean cruising, this 12.60 m sailboat is a Feeling 416 launched in 1991 by the Kirié shipyard, renowned for the reliability of its units. Solid, seaworthy and comfortable, it is particularly well suited to cruising and sailing courses. After numerous voyages, she continues to sail regularly along the coast of Brittany and the Channel Islands. The boat has three double cabins, two of which are reserved for participants to comfortably accommodate four people on board during the cruise. The third cabin is occupied by the skipper.
