First of all, you will cross the shipping lanes of the English channel, the motorways for cargo ships heading to the north of Europe.
When you arrive, after around twelve hours of sailing, you will be captivated by the Isle of Wight's classic harbours, like Yarmouth and Cowes. You will discover the incredibly impressive Needles. You will also sail through the Solent, the strait that separates the Isle of Wight and the mainland of England.
This passage is shielded from the changing moods of the sea and there are lots destinations are on offer, such as the River Beaulieu in the New Forest National Park where magnificent cottages nestle along the water's edge surrounded by beautiful countryside
Depending on wind conditions, you'll head east towards Sussex and its chalk cliffs, the South Downs and Bracklesham Bay; or west towards Poole and the exceptional geological riches of Swanage bay in Dorset.
At the end of the cruise, you will return to Cherbourg.
