Your cruise
From Athens, discover the Peloponnese during one week. Sail to Aegina, Hydra or Kea as you wish! This region is full of mythical places to visit, wonderful wild coves to discover and beaches that are just waiting for you!
As these places are only 4-5 hours away from each other, you will be able to make a number of fabulous stops
During the sailings, take a break for a swim in the beautiful water. A course that can of course be modified in consultation with the skipper. He will be able to give you the best advice!
Your possible stops during this cruise
In terms of program, you are completely free to define your itinerary with your skipper, depending on the weather conditions. Here are three itinerary ideas, but this is only a guideline
Itinerary 1: The Saronic Islands
- You will stop at Tselevinia, for a very nice anchorage.
- It is a nice break before reaching the island of Hydra. The latter is an island in the Saronic Gulf that was once one of the largest merchant ports in the Mediterranean. You will admire its mountain ranges that drown in the sea. The small port, full of charm, is worth a stop!
- You will then head for Ermioni, a small authentic village located just opposite the island of Hydra
This hidden paradise is still sheltered from tourists. Have dinner in a typical tavern and enjoy the warm welcome you will get from the locals
- The last stop will be the island of Poros. It is famous for its walks in a green and quiet nature, its small port and its beautiful beaches
Finally, it will be time for you to return home
Itinerary 2: The Cyclades
- After Sounion, head for the mythical Cyclades archipelago with as first stop Kea.
This island is famous for its beautiful landscapes: green valleys, olive trees, almond trees and other fruit trees. You will also find beautiful beaches, ideal for relaxing
- The next stop is Syros, the capital of the Cyclades. Although it has a great cultural wealth, it is not very touristy
- Third stop: Kythnos. The traditional small blue and white houses, the fine sandy beaches, the turquoise water... a real little piece of paradise
Then it will be time to head back to the Saronic Gulf, stopping at Aegina
The inhabitants of this island have always lived from the sea: fishermen, sailors, craftsmen... This will be the last stop before Athens
Route 3: East of Athens
For this third and last itinerary you will head to the south of the island of Eubee
It is the second largest island in the Aegean Sea. You will reach the famous Cavo d'Oro (Golden Cape). The beaches of the island are very beautiful and the landscapes varied
You will then continue your cruise by sailing to Rafina, the second largest port in the region, which will allow you to reach the island of Kea, in the Cyclades
Whatever itinerary you choose, the stops selected by the skipper are worth the detour! He knows the region like the back of his hand and will take you off the beaten track.
