Your cruise
This 3-day course offers complete immersion in coastal sailing, departing from Southern Brittany. Supervised by a skipper, it allows you to discover life on board, take part in maneuvers and take full advantage of the coastline.
Depending on weather conditions and sailing opportunities, the program will take you either to the Glénan Islands, known for their clear waters and exceptional anchorages, or to Belle-Île-en-Mer, which offers a wide variety of landscapes and ports of call.
Your possible stops during this cruise
Here's what you can do during your sailing weekend.
The sailing program is adapted to weather conditions, the skipper's recommendations and safety requirements on board. Two itineraries are envisaged.
On the one hand, a sail to the Glénan Islands, an archipelago renowned for its clear waters and lagoon-like scenery. This area lends itself particularly well to anchoring, swimming and exploring islets, in a very unspoilt natural environment.
Navigation here is more technical, with shoals and currents, making it a preferred destination when conditions are calm and stable.
On the other hand, you can sail around Belle-Île-en-Mer, the largest of the Breton islands. It offers a wide variety of landscapes, with cliffs, coves, beaches and sheltered harbors. This option allows you to vary your stopovers, discover emblematic sites such as Sauzon or Le Palais, and envisage more flexible sailing thanks to the possibility of shelter in case of changing conditions.
The chosen itinerary will be defined prior to departure according to the forecasted conditions, in order to offer the most suitable route and the best possible sailing conditions.
