Depending on weather conditions, your wishes and those of your skipper, the itinerary below may change. The program is an example and is therefore subject to change.
DAY 1: ATHENS - EGINE
Boarding at Marina Alimos, Athens, at 5pm. Your skipper will remind you of the rules governing safety and life on board. Then set sail for the island of Aegina.
An idyllic setting steeped in history, you'll see the ruins of several Roman temples along the way. The Temple of Aphaia is one of the 3 temples that form the Golden Triangle, along with the Parthenon in Athens and the Temple of Poseidon on Cape Sounion. Wild anchorage, dinner on board and swimming.
DAY 2: POROS
Set course for Poros. a peaceful island with an authentic style, you'll discover villages with white houses typical of Greek architecture. Go hiking and explore the island (the ruins of Poseidon's temple are accessible). Return to the boat, lunch on board. In the afternoon, relax and swim. Overnight at anchor. DAY 3: SPETSES
Set sail for Spetses, where you'll make a stopover. You'll have the opportunity to step ashore and, if you wish, discover the old port with its lighthouse. You'll discover a skilful blend of modernity and tradition. Spend the rest of the day swimming and relaxing. Overnight on the outskirts of the island.
DAY 4: EPIDAURE
Head for Epidaurus. Known for its many sanctuaries, the island of Epidaurus comes alive from June to September for the Epidaurus Festival (performances of ancient dramas and lyrical shows).
Lunch followed by a walk around the island (to the Temple of Asclepius - god of medicine), swimming, rest and relaxation. Dinner on board and overnight at the wild anchorage.

After lunch, enjoy an afternoon of relaxation, swimming and sailing along the island's coastline. Admire a sumptuous sunset over the Saronic coastline. Overnight at a wild anchorage. DAY 6: DOKOS

Swim in a turquoise cove and spend the night at anchor. DAY 7: EPIDAVROS

Epidavros is famous for its ancient theater, so raise your voice and open your eyes wide to discover the treasures of ancient Greece. After lunch, enjoy the crystal-clear water, and then it's time to head back to Athens. You'll arrive in the early evening, ideal for watching the sun set over the masts of the boats in the harbor. We had a great skipper with local insider tips for the most beautiful bays and local restaurants. He also knew the wind and geographical conditions better. The Saronic Gulf is very beautiful with its many small islands and dreamy bays. Unfortunately, there is not always much wind, unlike in the Cyclades. During our week, we were often on the road with the motor in order to arrive in time at the next bay or port. Unfortunately, in high season, you have to head for an anchorage from 2 pm onwards, which means that you lose the sail and the wind in the afternoon.
Very well organized and very friendly.
