Your possible stops during this cruise

Scilly Isles sailing cruise program:

Begin the sailing cruise from Granville with a Channel crossing amid its remarkable flotillas of cargo ships (a quarter of the world's maritime traffic takes this route every day).
The crossing takes 30 hours (variable depending on wind directions) during which you will discover the mysteries and wonders of sailing by night. The Scilly Isles is a unique archipelago with 5 main islands.

We will land at St Mary for a pint of Guinness in the famous "Mermaid" pub. You can also go walking on the isle of Tresco, famous for its magnificent tropical garden.
Sailing between islands, you will find seals sprawling and cavorting on the rocks. The weather here is surprisingly clement for its location in the middle of the Channel, as the islands have their own micro-climate.

The cruise

The Scilly remain a dream, but the test of the open sea was conclusive: - seasickness remains a barrier to the transatlantic crossing as long as there is no solution... - crossing the Channel rail at night at the helm is a good flip... - a good atmosphere fed by the lime rum... - a mix of experiences and sailing manoeuvres punctuated by "nazes"... - the weather that drives the project... What happiness therefore and long live sailing.

The skipper

- a competent skipper, attentive and not stingy with advice, stories, firm positions, good humour....

Best memories

The crew celebrated the crossing with a unique song, rhyming with "naze" and coming from an affectionate qualifier that punctuated the sometimes daring manoeuvres...
