Your possible stops during this cruise
Here is an itinerary for your weekend cruise to Jersey and Chausey. The program presented below will be adapted according to weather conditions.
On the first day, meet the skipper and other crew members at Port Hérel in Granville. After a short briefing, you'll set sail for one of the region's top destinations. In particular, you can sail to the Chausey archipelago and its 365 islands, which are covered and uncovered at low tide.
A little further afield, you can dock at Jersey, a Channel Island renowned for its typically English pubs! (A valid passport is required to enter Jersey).
Meals and overnight on board.
On the second day, after a hearty breakfast on board, you'll cast off and set sail back to Granville.
good to know:
- If you choose a 3- or 4-day weekend, you can also discover the island of Guernsey and St Peters!
- If you wish, you can sleep aboard the boat the night before departure, at no extra cost.
If cabins are occupied, the skipper sleeps in the middle
The skipper helps you to cook but everybody is participating
I manage the supply on board

It was really great, very cool to be able to both enjoy the ride and actively participate - great balance! It was also very cool to have time to walk around Jersey. Just a small suggestion, if it was possible to dine in Jersey directly rather than on the boat + for people who don't drink/eat meat if it's possible to lower the cost of the ship's box - but that didn't stop us having a great time (and thanks for the veggie options!) Overall it was great, go for it!

Very good Wk under the sun without wind unfortunately . captain Pascal is inexhaustible in his good humor, professionalism and culture ... go and have a great time!
Merci pascal pour cette escapade à chausey .. très bon Wk à plus Sandrine
A perfect balance between sailing, discussions with the skipper and individual time to visit the perfect jersey!
A passionate skipper with lots to teach you (and not just about sailing!)
Round trip Granville-Jersey - very pleasant night in Jersey. The rather good weather, mostly sunny, made for a fine crossing. The yacht was very well equipped and pleasant to live with, and proved to be perfect on the water.
Pascal, the skipper on the trip, was very professional, and knew how to ensure the crossing and make the most of the time on board to enrich the historical and technical comments that would benefit every member of the crew. Thank you for the initiation to steering for long moments during the crossing.
Thanks to Pascal for the initiation on board and for letting me steer for long moments during the crossing. I was very pleased.
Despite the mixed weather, we had a wonderful time surrounded by jovial and motivated team-mates.
Thanks to Guillaume for his professionalism and kindness. See you next time, perhaps.
As planned, we made it to Jersey. The skipper let us take turns at the helm.
Top organization.
Very beautiful cruise in the middle of the English with Jersey, Chausey on the program in a magnificent setting. To be done again over 5 days to see all the islands or over another weekend to discover the islands in other weather conditions.
Stéphane and the team are pros, experienced and very friendly. To follow with your eyes closed (a little open anyway:) to enjoy it)
We had a great weekend on board the sailboat: - the destination was ideal in Jersey we had the opportunity to change scenery - the availability of the boat the day before the departure is very practical and allows us to get into the atmosphere upstream - of course the comfort is not the goal of a sailing weekend but the sailboat is a very beautiful boat in which everything necessary is present - the common areas (showers and toilets) at the port of Granville are very comfortable - life with the crew and the skipper is perfect because rhythmic with strong moments that allow us to exchange but also "free quarters
Pascal, our skipper, allowed us to immerse ourselves completely in the world of sailing on the one hand and on the other hand to entertain the weekend. The latter was punctuated by: - many funny and atypical anecdotes described with spontaneity, humour and pleasure - very interesting explanations about sailing - very generous, excellent and animated meals - freedom on the boat but also on the stairs - frankness!
Lots of better memories:- seasickness...yes!- meals during which we laughed with all the crew - discussions on the boat as the waves wore on - the stopover in Jersey in the rain! :)
Pleasant cruise despite the lack of comfort outside... where we spend all our time sitting and shaking (normal) but on very hard seats without any cushion to absorb the shocks... It would only take a few things to make it much more comfortable... Please think about it for the next fragile backs...
Stéphane was perfect. Very professional, friendly, warm... even with a pain in the ass who was complaining about the lack of comfort... Thank you Stéphane for everything.
The most moving moment for me was the meeting with the dolphins... It is not well told... it is just pure emotion...
A very friendly cruise, a great experience despite the capricious weather. Ideal for a weekend alone, with friends or family.
Pascal is an experienced skipper, who likes to share his passion and explain sailing, if you want to learn. And to top it all off, he is a great cook, with a taste for good products, that he shares with the crew
Cruise on the WE of 17-18 June 2017 between Granville and Jersey, with a stopover in Saint-Hélier, the capital with its pleasant British atmosphere (attention, some pubs close at 23h30 local time) The organisation of life on board has not been a major concern (with people of good will, that is normal). The meals were very correct and copious (the sea air, it digs)
Pascal is keen to share as much knowledge as possible about sailing, setting up a sailboat and the landscapes he crosses
The moment when, after leaving the port of Saint-Hélier, the boat's diesel, which we had supported throughout the outward journey, was stopped and, in silence, the sails took over, as far as Granville. Not so great, it's the invasion of the sailboat by a cloud of flies, apparently from nowhere. A strange phenomenon, which others have also encountered.
A beautiful three-day cruise with Stéphane as skipper, stops in Jersey and Chausey and enriching encounters, the whole thing is a real pleasure!
Perfect, nice, available!
At sea, the listening is different, the waves, the boat, the wind in the sails. So when we put on some music, the Buena Vista Social Club was there on the whole boat, through this little speaker.
A nice weekend with St Hellier as destination where we arrived a little late because of the tide. The good weather and a little wind allowed us to sail, which was the purpose of this trip. The skipper is a pro and we feel safe (to reassure the worried)... Two little things: a little human error on the time of the meeting, I arrived at 06h15 for a departure scheduled at 07h30 whereas the tide did not allow us to leave the port until 13h00. The second small point but it's a personal opinion, 9 passengers in addition to the captain, I find it a little too much... An experience to live, go there!!! Didier
