Your cruise
This 3-day sailing course, departing from Saint-Malo, lets you combine learning to sail with wingfoiling.
Designed for all skill levels, this course will introduce you to sailing and help you improve your skills in both sailing and wingfoiling. You can bring your own wingfoil gear or rent it for an additional fee for the duration of the course. You’ll be supervised during your sailing sessions and receive personalized instruction during two wingfoil sessions.

Here is a sample itinerary for your 3-day sailing and wingfoil course departing from Saint-Malo
The itinerary and schedule are subject to change depending on weather conditions and safety requirements.
Day 1 – Saint-Malo → Cézembre Island → Saint-Malo.
Meet the crew and attend a safety briefing. Prepare for the sail to Cézembre Island: review the weather, tides, and route. Go over the wingfoil equipment and learn about the specifics of the spot.
Departure from Saint-Malo. Participants assist with maneuvers, staying on course, and navigation. Anchoring near Cézembre Island, followed by a supervised wingfoil session. Free practice depending on conditions.
Return to Saint-Malo.
Day 2 – Saint-Malo → Hébihens Archipelago → Saint-Cast.
Set sail and navigate toward the Hébihens Archipelago, taking into account the currents in the area. Trainees practice navigation preparation and chart reading to identify navigational landmarks and current zones.
Anchoring at the Hébihens, followed by a supervised wingfoil session. Free practice depending on conditions. Sailing to Saint-Cast.
Day 3 – Return to Saint-Malo.
Preparation for the return voyage to Saint-Malo. Trainees actively participate in steering the boat and organizing the voyage.
Arrival in Saint-Malo, tidying up the boat, and end-of-course debriefing.

Feeling 416 - 12.60 meters
Built and equipped for ocean cruising, this 12.60 m sailboat is a Feeling 416 launched in 1991 by the Kirié shipyard, renowned for the reliability of its units. Solid, seaworthy and comfortable, it is particularly well suited to cruising and sailing courses. After numerous voyages, she continues to sail regularly along the coast of Brittany and the Channel Islands. The boat has three double cabins, two of which are reserved for participants to comfortably accommodate four people on board during the cruise. The third cabin is occupied by the skipper.
